People tend to rate these type of expenses by how they cost. The higher the cost the worse the review. That being said this was the best quality service I have ever had at a shop! Friendly customer service and efficient service. Professional & Knowledgeable They know what they are talking about. I drive a 2001 Toyota Sequoia and needed a number of repairs. Brakes, alignment, coolant flush, wheel balancing and rotation. They fully explained the ins and outs of the repairs. They even explained things that needed repair that they couldn't benefit off of. For example my rims were bending and they recommended I go to a shop to get new ones (or suffer worse gas mileage and vibration). Overall the quality of the repairs and the analysis were great, and that's what you need when you're dealing with an older car. Only time will truly tell I guess with how it holds up, but I'm more than satisfied with the quality of service. Honest & Transparency Told me the price I was going to pay ahead of time for the services that did not need inspection. They found a few extra things through inspection, however they brought me into the garage and showed me all of the issues while my car was on the lift. They further answered any questions I had regarding repairs & general advice. When a new caliper did not arrive due to a mistake on their part, they took off the charge and still warrantied my brakes. Long story short, my SUV is working great and I received a great value for the price of the repairs. I recommend with no reservations. This place gave us the worst experience ever. We made an appointment 24 hrs in advance . We arrived right on time . We were told it would take about 2 hours so we let them know we would take a walk to some of the local shops and we would be back in a couple hours . We returned right at 11:00 knowing that it was exactly 2 hours and that left us perfect time to get to the Dr appointment . We sallies in only to find out they never even touched our car. With a slow leak in one tire, we were forced to rent a car to get to the appointment . They acted like it was no big deal, no apology , and had an attitude letting us know how busy they were. Making appointments at this place is absolutely pointless. Every single time I've visited, it takes them around 30 minutes to an hour, just to pull the car in. Once the car is in, it typically takes them around 20-30 minutes to actually start working on the car. That's anywhere from 50 minutes to an hour and a half of waiting just for them to get started on your "appointment". I scheduled an appointment for 12 and the car is finally getting eyes on it at 1:27. That's astonishing. read more

Stopped in today to see if i could get a front left tire patched on my Audi. Bays were empty and lobby was empty. After many minute wait , a guy finally came in, " Can I help you" , "yes, i have a nail in my front left tire" i said, " Ummm, yaaaaaa, that's not gonna happen, you can schedule that." He said . I had an oil change here and was told my car needed $600 of repairs. I was suspicious and took my car to another establishment and found out that I did not need over 1/2 of the repairs suggested by Goodyear. In fact, Goodyear suggested a repair that is not even needed for the type of power steering I had! Did Goodyear tell me this as I am a woman and they were trying to take advantage of me? The only reason I gave this establishment 2 stars (and not 1 star) is that they were nice enough to put air in my tires one day when I could not find any gas station that had a functioning air system to fill tires. read more

These are the most professional tire people I have ever dealt with. I brought my car in for a tire repair and waited. I got to watch them interact with customers and really liked how well they explained everything to the customers some of which were very old and difficult. They fixed my tire quickly. I picked up a nail in my tire...changed it and then the next day went to Goodyear. I walked in and told the counter person I was the kind of customer that wants a lot of work done and pay nothing. He laughed and then I explained I need a patch on my tire (replaced all four tires with Goodyear's 2 months ago) that is in the cargo area of my Trailblazer, then exchange it for the spare on the passenger front and return the spare to the rack under the cargo area. They said it would take a couple of hours before they could get to it. Walked across the street to catch a movie...right at 2 hours they called said all the work was done, I can pick up my Trailblazer. When it came time to pay the bill much to my surprise there was no charge. The counter people were friendly and courteous. The had my truck done when they said they would. I was very pleased...guess it pays to buy Goodyear. read more

We had a screw in our tire. We dropped off the tire late afternoon and picked it up early the next day. The service was excellent and the the staff was very helpful. This Good Year Service Center actually tried to charge me for a warranty repair for the brake job I had done by Good Year. I realize they did not do the original repair but they have Good Year all over the building and Thor shirts! I have a Nation wide Good Year warranty which means that the repairs are guaranteed where ever their is a Good Year near me. Good Year (The company) says they employ certified and qualified technicians and they offer a warranty on the repairs they do, don't believe it! They do not have knowledgeable technicians with brakes nor do they stand behind their work. They do not stand behind the damages caused by their faulty installation of brake pads either. My truck wheels are ruined from the rust that ate them up when the pads wore down to the metal from them installing the brake pads on the truck wrong. They admitted that the brake pads were installed wrong then they tried to charge me $300.00 to repair the brakes properly. The original repair was only $270.00, some warranty! It's not worth the paper it's written on. I do not recommend Good Year for any repairs. It's a good thing my brakes did not fail and hurt someone. I noticed the brake problem early enough for them to identify the error and they should have corrected the problem with no additional charge to me. I waited months for them to have "a qualified technician" their to repair the brakes properly. I am waiting for Good Year corporate to contact me back in attempt to resolve this mess. Either way it's not worth the risk, go to a reputable service center or your manufacture service department. The extra cost is worth knowing that your brakes are installed properly and your family is safe. $300.00 for brakes again and $850.00 to replace the wheels that are ruined as a result of technician error. $1,150.00 now when I could have had the Brakes done properly at the Ford Dealer for less than $400.00! I've learned my lesson! read more

Delayed review. About two months late none the less I thought it warranted a review since I tried a different Goodyear and received similar results. Two months ago I made an appointment to get 4 new tires. They didn't have them in stock. Had to wait two days. I couldn't make the scheduled appointment but was willing to come in and wait for next Available. The service tech told me it might be 3-4 hours. Are you kidding me?. I showed up at this location with a scheduled appointment to have 4 tires installed. Upon arriving, I discovered the store manager had quoted me the wrong price and the wrong tire size. The salesman who helped me stated that the manager does this frequently. The same salesman then quoted me another price, which was also incorrect. He didn't even go outside to check the tire sizing before making the second quote. Finally, a third salesman had the intelligence to go outside and generate a new/correct quote for two different model tires. I don't recommend this place - period. The staff could have cared less that they made multiple mistakes. This was a corporate install and it had to be quoted/preapproved for funding purposes. As a result of their mistakes, I had to start the whole approval process all over again. It was a completely unprofessional experience. read more
