left my van at Firestone to change all four tires, do alignment, and balancing. The tire that was hanging under the van was torn, so they were supposed to replace it with the spare and then change the other four tires. That was the only thing they needed to do. They later called me and said everything was ready. When I arrived, I saw that they had only replaced the spare tire, and the torn tire was still hanging under the van. I left the van with them again to finish the job. The next day, I came back at 9:30 AM. My van still wasn't ready, and I had to wait another hour. When they finally handed it back, I saw that the tire they had hung was mounted the wrong way, on the wrong side. When I corrected it myself, I also noticed the wheel was scratched. In the end, they scratched the wheels and still delivered the job incomplete and incorrectly done. If there had been a little more honesty and care, at least the work could have been properly finished. read more

If i could leave a zero star i would. I should have know i was going to have a bad experience when a panel van was hanging off of the lift and damaged... A simple task to balance tires and do an alignment. I was told the process would take 1.5 hours. After 5 hours and closing time approaching i called asking if the vehicle was done because these said they would call when complete. They said the vehicle was done but they were closing and i would meed to pick up in the morning. I arrived in the morning to see my old tires still on and they did not balance or align my vehicle. Outraged by the response of a Technician saying the new wheels would not fit, assuring him they would because ive had the same size tire and rim on the vehicle for the past 4 years. I will no longer have my vehicles serviced or advise that anyone have their vehicle serviced at this facility. I don't take this negativity lightly but my experience in the past two years has brought me to this conclusion. I have had four sets of tires put on my vehicles over the past ten years. This past year the work quality has declined to unacceptable. In May of 2024 had a set of tires placed on my vehicle. Went and got gas right after the installation. I noticed that the caps to the air valves were missing on two of the tires. Had to return and the caps were installed with the employees laughing at the tech whose mistake it was. Six weeks later I was out of state and had the brakes replaced on the same vehicle. One of the studs was cross-threaded and it cost me $30.00 to have it replaced and no less than 90 minutes to wait for the part. My second vehicle had a puncture fixed under road hazard in October of 2024 on the driver's side front. In April 2025, I had a 10:00 appointment scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. I was informed that it would not be done until 11:30. I was surprised because when I made the appointment I was informed that it would take about one hour. I shrugged it off and did not think any more of the additional 30 minutes. I came back at 11:40 and the vehicle had not been serviced yet. At 12:03 the vehicle went up on the hoist. The oil change was agonizing to observe it was so slow watching the tech work on other vehicles while changing the oil. Then came the amazing sluggish tire rotation. The tech came to the driver's front tire and discovered that one of the studs was cross-threaded. It was then related to me what I already knew by observation. The cost and time of the stud replacement was estimated. I related that this Firestone facility was the last to work on this vehicle repairing the very tire in October that had the cross-threaded stud. After confirmation it was agreed that Firestone would replace the stud at no charge. I certainly did not plan to spend 4 hours and 18 minutes at the Firestone Facility for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I cannot trust that my tires nor my vehicle will be serviced correctly nor safely with the service I have received in the past year. The only exception would be to have a tire repaired because of the road hazard insurance I have purchased on my present tires. read more

I've been a Firestone customer for over 8 years. I've gone to this one a lot, but last time I went, they said I needed new brakes with rotors too, along with a plethora of other things. I was like okay sure. After spending 3.5 hours waiting in the lobby (I had my music so nbd), and a cool $900, I get the car back. Well later that night, when I turned on the car, one of my headlights was mysteriously out. Ok weird. Wasn't like that before. But I wanted LEDs anyways, so I replaced them. Then the brakes they replaced are squeaky when I'm driving. I looked it up: new brakes take time to "break in". Ok fine. But now here it is, 3 weeks later, after going on several drives and a roadtrip, and they STILL squeak. I'm not happy about it. Don't trust their services much anymore. Lack of quality. read more

The interior place where you wait was clean and comfortable with ac. Jason, the Representative, was pretty nice on helping us out. I would never, ever, in a million years recommend Firestone Auto care on 4420 Executive Dr in Ft Myers to an enemy. It is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Truly atrocious. The managers Freddy Gorra and Derek are extremely unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. They back each other up and take no accountability when a customer has a complaint or points out that a service was not done correctly. I took my car to get some work done, which ended up costing me a little over a grand, just for me to get towed 2 days later for the same issues I took it in for. When confronted, management avoids accountability & is rude and nasty to customers. I have worked in sales and customer service for many many years, and have no idea how their superiors or higher ups tolerate this kind of behavior from their employees. Do you not realize this will ultimately drive down sales and ruin your business? Mark my words Firestone, you're going to get a major lawsuit very soon for your negligence and failure to recognize you have incompetent workers. This place is terrible. Dropped my vehicle off at 1:45pm and 4pm they called and said it was ready. Arrive at 5pm and it is still on the lift with the tires off. No one is in the bays doing any work. I recently took my vehicle to Firestone Co.plete Auto Care on Executive Circle for an oil change. Synthetic oil and good price. Following the oil change l was informed that upon further inspection several items were recommended for further service.. One of these was that the rubber boot on my front right transaxle was cracked and losing oil. They said that a new transaxle and boot should be installed. Other service work was also suggested and a price was quoted. Over the Christmas holidays I drove this vehicle back to my seasonal home in Virginia and took it to my longtime mechanic who I believe to be very honest. His inspection revealed no crack in the boot and only a slightly loose clamp which he tightened. I can no longer trust this service center for an honest evaluation of work which they say needs to be performed. read more

I went in and was told by the store manager that it would be 1/2 hour before they get my vehicle in and about 1 1/2 hour to get it done so about 2 hours total. More than just tires and oil changes. This place actually values its customers! I came in for an oil leak and a vibration in the steering and they have been fantastic. They gave me written quotes, emailed receipts and kept in great communication through the repairs. I spread out the repairs over 3 visits and they were great with me not wanting to do it all st once. No push whatsoever. The prices were average and maybe you could a tiny bit cheaper somewhere else but I doubt you'll find the honestly and customer service this staff provides. I had a great experience here and highly recommend them. We went to get a new set of tires for my mother's car. They did a great job and had the friendliest service. They were also very patient with us when we couldn't find my mother's wheel lock. They were really busy with customers who were taking advantage of the holiday break to service their cars. Eventually we did find the wheel lock and they were able to complete the job. I also had my car oil changed there. The entire staff was very customer service oriented. Great management! Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this Firestone. I dropped my car off around 6pm and was told it would get looked at first thing the next morning. The next day I did not receive a call so around 1pm I called in to check on the status and they could not find any record of me in their system and I said "you're kidding right" I then provided my phone number and was told I'd receive a call later. Never did so I called around 5pm was put on hold for 10 mins and called right back. They did not do what I asked of them which was to do an engine diagnostic. I already told them my breaks were needing to be changed and all they told me was wrong was my breaks. So I said what about my engine and he said they did not check that but will keep it again over night to check the next morning. They called me and said there was a problem with my "a pipe" I wrote the info down and called a muffler place and explained what they told me and the manager had no idea what I was talking about. I called Firestone to let them know I was coming to pick my car up today in the afternoon, upon arrival it was still on the tier with no tires. Then had to wait for them to get this reassembled. I am so displeased by the service I received here and the quote I was given to replace my breaks is on the higher end. read more

Kristina, Matthew and Darrien were extremely helpful. I had a slow leak in one of the rear tires of my rental car. The shop was extremely busy but they would try to work me in. I had a bit of a wait but I didn't mind because I got to see some excellent customer service. Both Kristine and Matthew greeted everyone who came in. They offered water to those waiting. If someone had been waiting for a bit, they would update them with a status on their vehicle. Darrien found a large nail in my tire and patched my tire efficiently and with a smile.
