Several times a year I stopped in for an oil change. The staff is always courteous and very professional. Today, I asked them to do a routine evaluation of my battery which I believe is about 18 months old, the report indicated that my battery is between very good and consider changing soon. Quality: I have no complaint with the quality of the workmanship. They take care of the oil from above inserting the new oil, while below the car and attendant removes the oil filter and replaces it with a fresh one. While this is going on another attendant is checking every tire for correct inflation pressure. They always ask pertinent questions such as do my wiper blades need to be replaced, do they squeak, considering that they might need to be replaced. They also asked if I wanted the inside air conditioning cabin filter to be changed which I had done recently so I declined, but they did a filter change in the engine compartment which was in need of a change. I would describe the quality of the workmanship as between excellent and outstanding. Value: I am pretty sure that the value they provide from a pocketbook point of view, is excellent. I'm quite sure that the speedy and professional work is done at less out-of-pocket cost than going to the Acura dealer or whomever you choose. Summary: I think people who consider the importance of a speedy oil change without a lot of waiting in a lobby at the dealership will be very happy with the service that the Valvoline instant oil change provides. Don't forget to ask for the military discount, it's worth 15% off.

I check the ground for leaks religiously and there were no leaks until this visit! They wrote it on the paperwork but No one told me and for an 18 month old part Why would I? I had an 8 o'clock appointment. When I called to check on things at 1pm, it was clear my vehicle hadn't been seen. I called back at three and they said that the technician was finishing up the diagnostic. Called back an hour later and that wasn't done. When they did call back, they gave me a quote and said it would be done in a half hour. I got to the shop at that time, and waited around another 30 minutes beyond that. I was told that their man had arrived back from my test drive and they had to do paperwork. But that didn't prove to be true. Scotty and his team never treated me like this. Two stars because the 30 minute job was adequate. Update: The owner called me to apologize for how long it took. I explained that I would have had a good experience except for the terrible customer service.

They told me to bring it back after I drove for a while and when I did, they told me they did not find any detectable leak. Been using the AC for five months since the repair and it is still working great . I believe them to be an honest repair shop, which isn't always easy to find .
