I took my vehicle because they told me they specialize in hybrid vehicles they "DIAGNOSE" and told me $850 dlls repair fix it in my opinion was excessive the charge but I agree only with the response that is going to resolve the problem and they said yes well not only don't fix it but they broke my mass air flow sensor Ramiro starting to yell me and easy explain I wasn't to yell but to find solutions if they misdiagnose the problem why I have to pay for that and in the top of that they broke one of my sensors and expect from me to pay it and I ask Ramiro if that resolve my problems and you don't believe his answer he told me well we cannot guarantee that resolve the problem could be a problem engine or transmission problem!!! I ask Ramiro are you kidding me are you guessing the problem of my vehicle? I told him you are not specialized in this hybrid vehicles stop scamming people so they refuse to don't charge me for his stupid Misdiagnosis 2 years later my credit is burn because I refuse to pay for Ramiro and crew ignorance and Firestone customer service always gave me a not existent phone number and don't resolve me nothing, I don't recommend this place they are scamming people. read more

Horrible customer service there these guys push away so many customers that I'm surprised the doors are still open. Had my truck towed there for a no start I had my employees drop the tank and replaced the fuel pump which didn't fix the problem. There's probably a bad ground connection somewhere lol They told me they could not put the fuel tank back in so I had my guys put the fuel tank back in the parking lot. in the process, my guys broke the little tabs that go to the fuel pump which happened every time you replace a fuel pump damn near every time and they said they wouldn't work on it until we replaced those... what kind of a shop is Firestone running here? I've dealt with hundreds of mechanics throughout the years and have never had a mechanic shop one treat me like shit and two turn down easy work. I would highly suggest to go somewhere else. These people clearly do not care about customer service nor capitalizing and helping a business grow. read more

I came in yesterday with my son's car and spoke with Crystal. She was very busy at the moment, but stopped everything and gave me her full attention. She said that she could not get me in for an oil change, and apologized, but said that she would come out right then and check all the fluids in the car to make sure that we were doing OK. She then followed me out and proceeded to look the car over and let me know everything was OK. We have been customers here and will continue to be. I used to use this shop exclusively for tires and repairs. This used to be a good shop. This is a terrible place now! My last three experiences have convinced me to stay away and strongly advise everyone I can to avoid this shop like the plague. Yesterday I sent my daughter to have a tire repaired. She had a nail in the tread. They told her she needed new tires as her wear was 2/32. I looked and there is over 8/32. I couldn't believe it!! Some time ago I sent my Silverado there for a wheel sensor replacement. They left my door open while raising the truck on a lift. My door rubbed a steel column while raising and the column carved a groove in my door. Over $1700.00 damage. Like a dummy I took my wife's Nissan minivan in for work. It would not start. They said the timing belt was broke. They replaced the belt full charge. Charged me for all new fluids, oil gaskets. The van started but ran poorly. No power backfiring. They charged me for sensors, coils, plugs then a full distributor. They told me my head was damaged and needed replaced. I took the van somewhere else and found the the timing belt was installed incorrectly. The timing marks where off one tooth. Also the antifreeze was old contaminated fluids from their disposal tank. Please stay away from these crooks!! They don't know what they are doing and are most interested in charging as much as they can!! Customer satisfaction is a foreign concept at this Firestone. Not all Firestone's are crooks like these guys. Most are good people. Love the tires!!! Hate this place!!! read more

Romero, the manager is so kind and patient...he, like many managers finds himself- understaffed, under supported and overworked, but you would never know it!! it is so great to have someone that you can go to and trust. he doesn't take advantage of me and tell me anything I don't need... just takes care of whatever it is, with the least amount of impact in my wallet! The worst possible care for your car. I do not recommend you come here. I had to come to this location for a clutch replacement because my regular Firestone didn't have a mechanic that could do it. This place tried to tell me that I needed new mounts for my engine and transmission and new brakes with urgency. My friend who is a diesel mechanic had just changed out my engine mount and I had my transmission mount replaced in 2016. I don't know if they thought I didn't know this, but I passed on it. Then they threatened me that if I didn't replace my brakes I'd be back in a few weeks! I told them no and to just do my clutch. The person i was working with, Romero, was rude and very aggressive about trying to get me to do all kinds of extra work on my car. A couple days after i pick my car up, my check engine light comes on. I decided to take it to my regular Firestone on Bannister where they have always been honest and given me amazing care. Turns out when I had my clutch replaced, they forgot to reconnect an exhaust hose AND they left parts of the clutch unattached!!! The mechanics at my place did a brake inspection to check the recommendation from the grandview location and told me my brakes were in fact fine and did not need to be replaced. This location should be ashamed of itself and be investigated for scamming clients and possibly endangering drivers with shoddy work. read more

I'm not one to leave reviews, and if I do, it's a usually to share how amazing a place was. So it's uncomfortable leaving a review like this- but I should have listened to the reviews to begin with. I went there for an easy patch a tire. Even had the tire off the vehicle for them. I walk in at 3:50, having double check that they close at 5:00 pm. After waiting for the previous customer to finish and leave, I let them know what I'm in for. "We close in 9 minutes. Can you leave your car here?" "It's only 3:51. Your hours say you close at 5:00." "Yeah, that's on me, I should have put a sign on the door that we're closing at 4 today." *There was already a sign on the door, and it said they close at 5:00 specifically. Me: "How long does it take to patch a tire?" "At least 30 minutes to an hour, especially if the tire is on the vehicle." I let him know I already had the tire off the vehicle since he made it sound like that's the reason it would take them longer. "Well... we only have one tech here, and it would still take us at least 30 minutes or more." (Cool. Cause I'm the only person here currently.) Any reason I gave why it could still work was met with a reason why it wouldn't, and again suggesting I should leave my car there. I took my business to Mr. Tires. I was leaving with a patched tire 15 minutes after I pulled up. Still only took one person to work on the tire (shocker) And they had friendly customer service. read more

Well I always thought these places were untrustworthy now I really do. I took my car there and told them the noise is a CV Joint then Firestone tells me I have a bad transmission and engine motor mounts and it's $995 and I said well what about the cv joint noise ? Then they say oh we need to see if this stops the noise and address that later. No motor mount going to make a noise like a bad cv joint or transmission mount. That sounded crazy to me. So I took my car to a honest shop and it was the cv axel and sway bar links $500. Car was fixed and no more noise and mounts were fine. They pick a repair that a customer may just say Ohh man ok well fix it then. These type places are dishonest and if not then not that smart because anyone would hear that front end noise while turning and conclude it was a cv joint. I'm never going there again. read more

If I could rate them less than one star I would. The store manager, Mr. Romero, actually broke our car, became very hostile, and walked out when we politely asked him to fix it. So we took our car to Firestone to be checked for a funny noise. When we got in there car to leave, we immediately noticed the door lock (that goes up and down when unlocking) was broken off. When the car locks now, it can't be pulled up to unlock and the electronic lock doesn't work already so we are locked in the car on the drivers side. Went back in to tell him politely that they accidentally did it and he said it was "wear and tear" and already like that. I said "no it's not because we wouldn't have been able to get out of the car when we got here?" He began fighting us on it and refused to do a single thing or take ownership. He then said "I try to do a nice thing for people and this is what I get" and walked out. (It's your job, not a favor). We called corporate and they called him which he then denied again. I think we would know if we couldn't get out of our own car before we took it there. Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE service with a loud mouth manager. read more

They performed a so-called safety inspection for my daughter ( not the real safety inspection ) and they came back with over $6000 dollars worth of so called fixes that they said would need to be done in order to pass the real inspection. They then charged her 70.00 for the inspection. My daughter then had him repeat it all and I soon got the understanding that he was trying to fleece my daughter of money that she does not have. They were asked to do an oil change and to replace the serpentine belt but only did the oil change and told her that the belt was fine. The belt has a tear in it that goes about half way through the belt and this so called mechanic missed that. these so called mechanics were looking to take advantage of a young teenage girl and proved to me they were not men of honor or trustworthiness. I have made a vow to never use this company for any work in the future. read more

Absolutely a joke of a automotive shop I called and told them I have hundreds of dollars worth of special equipment in my car and to keep it locked and they still had it unlocked when I got there! I was charged with a diagnosis that didn't even get done with. Was told my motor was toast and I had to get a new one for over 3500 and it is not even a major issue with motor. I had my AC control "fixed" by this company. I noticed that the LED indicator to notify me if the AC was on or off was broken after I already paid to have it replaced. I didn't think anything of it and called them to ask if they could fix it. They said they would call me back and never did. Terrible follow up and not professional at all. If it were possible to do less I would. I went to get my car repaired because it was smoking. Not only did they not repair the initial problem, but end up charging me to get my water pump fixed which clearly did not need fixing. I asked them to reimburse me for the labor since they did not repair my car the first time and they refused. They also tried to charge me again to repair my car that they did not fix in the first place. If an auto repair shop doesn't walk you out to your car to show you what is wrong, don't trust them. Firestone will try to fraud you and get as much money out of you as they can. read more
