Went to get ac check. They kept in back for 4 hours. When they "finished" , $240.00 and still not working. Told me power steering leaking on compressor, cause leak. They put in the freon with 1 year warranty...works worse after! read more

I went to Firestone to have my headlight repaired and break light switch repaired. They changed this but after I left brake fuses burned. They blamed it on faulty wiring on my trailer hitch but fuses continue to blow whether it was hooked to a trailer. Whatever the problem was with the break lights was not just the switch Firestone was not able to find the problem.. My headlguts also stopped working. Firestone did not diagnose this problem either. I spent a good amount of money without any of my problems being resolved. read more

I came in with a nail hole in my nearly flat right rear tire on a Sunday afternoon. Nearly all of the service bays were occupied. They were very polite and informed me that it would be about an hour and would be 20 dollars plus tax to repair the tire if it was repairable. It turns out that it was indeed repairable though just barely. They pulled one of the employees over to work on my tire and he took it off the wheel, plugged and patched the hole very thoroughly and then rebalanced the wheel. I had the job done with absolute professionalism and was back on the road at a bargain price in about 45 minutes. All in all I was very impressed with each step of the process, from the courteous customer service to the excellent service performed on the tire. read more

Went to this location in June 2021 I had front brakes rotors and calipers done 780.00 first of all 173.00 per rotor that I can get from the same vendor I could get for 76.00 a piece. Brake pads were 80.00 ok same as rotors same vendor for 41.00. Calipers were 110.00 each same vender I could get them for 60.00 each. I worked for Firestone back in the early 90s for 10 years due to a accident I had to retire. Back then Firestone got in huge trouble for charging for shop supplies. But I was charged anyway. I also got 2 tires at 224.00 Each witch I thought were a great price considering the size. All together everything was 1300,00. I also understand add on sales but 267.00 for a upper radiator hose plus labor that hose same make for 70.00 and other crazy stuff a silly pricing. I've been to another Firestone and was treated like I meant something. But I feel I gotten screwed at this location. But will not recommend this location to anyone! I hope upper management sees this review. read more

Visited this Firestone today to have tires checked after taking it to another establishment (superstore) in town and my car was veering to the right and bumpy. Without charging me, Jerry checked it out and discovered that I had two tires that were separated- something the other establishment should have caught- many thanks to Firestone on Pine. Sunday I had a nail in my tire and ended up at Firestone due to its proximity and availability on Sunday. Returned on Monday as I needed two new tires which had to be ordered. I'll preface my comments by stating I was the controller for the largest independent tire dealer in Hawaii for too many years, and we were famous for customer service. I was amazed here in Ocala that 'they' expected me to pay over $300 for 2 new tires and put them on the front instead of the back, which I had been advised by the Firestone salesman was recommended by Firestone for safety reasons (which I told them to fix), and I was mad the wheels were smudged all over with black finger and hand prints and they never dreamed of washing them until I said something. Now, the service guys were nice, and I left happy, but.... customer service is what counts more and more every day, and it was apparent that management is a 'bit lax' in oversight. read more

Its really bad, make me wait for 4 hours to takes turn. Other guy came in for alignment, now his truck is pulling to right sound bad... Sound like they dont even know how to fix the truck. I am a pipeliner to work in Florida, have never see bad service , not like in Nebraska. Encourage you do not go there. I have to pay 156 dollars for just oil change, pissed me off... the service charge other guy only 80 dollars for oil change. That place ripping me off. I will never go back there ever again. My husband and I pulled in during the holidays to have a tire balanced. They told us they would start right away and pulled the vehicle into the bay. No one touched it for over an hour. However, we did watch a guy sit next to it for over 30 minutes talking on his cell phone. This experience proves once again that when that pull your vehicle into a bay, your at their mercy and they could care less. Too many tire option around to use this place again. read more

Only went here because they were open on Saturday. I won't ever again. Took them over 45 minutes to start on my alignment and rotation even though I had an appointment. Got back in my truck to see the exterior door handle covered in dirt/grease as well as my interior door panel and handle. Very disappointed in their work. read more

Just purchased the lifetime alignment after putting a new suspension on my truck. Went in wanting my castor set between 2.5 to 3 degrees to avoid rubbing with new tires. After an hour they finished with my truck and didn't have the print out of my alignment measurements. I requested to see it and they ran around for about 5 minutes and finally came back with it and my alignment was pretty much the exact same as what I brought it in at. I told them again I wanted the castor set between 2.5 to 3 degrees and they said well the technician just left for lunch. I asked if there was anyone else that could do an alignment in the shop and they said no (with approximately 10 guys in the shop at the time). Upset that they did not complete my alignment to specific instructions and pretty much refused to correct it. Some aftermarket suspensions recommend settings that are different than normal stock settings, which is why I went in with the measurements I wanted (I was told this would not be an issue). Now I have to either take it back again to get realigned and hope they follow directions or take the hit of buying a lifetime alignment at a place that cannot complete requested work and take it somewhere else and pay for it again. If that's the case seems like I would at least get my money back.... read more

Awsome guys, actually knew there stuff. Informed me that one of my bushings were bad and didnt try to twist my arm to have them fix it. Bought a set of tires that they beet everyone elses price by 30%. I dropped off my new rims an they mounted the tires on the rims prior to my arrival. When i got there they pulled the old ones off the jeep did an awsome alignment. i was in and out. Quick and professional service!!! You couldn't ask for more. read more
