The salesperson then said oh I could have showed you cheaper tires. So we opted to have tires shipped to Firestone to have them installed. We had to go through so much because they couldn't find proof we paid ahead of time. I had to send proof that we already paid. Finally they found it so my husband ask to get a alignment they quoted one price and when we went to get car it was over a hundred dollars more they charge us this without even calling to let us know this. It was a recent Saturday morning and the hotel valet service brought the car around and I noticed…read morethat one of the tires was near flat. I had no idea what happened but they had a portable tire inflator and they pumped it back up and checked it for damage and nails but found nothing so I checked the area for the closest tire repair center and we found Albert's. We stopped in on a whim and they got us right in and took a look at the tire and told us the tire pressure sensor was faulty and they were going to try and fix it but if they couldn't fix it they'd have to replace it with a new one. They gave us a price on both repairs and I said whatever you have to do is fine with us. So we relaxed in the waiting area and after about 10 minutes they let us know if they could fix it and about 10 minutes later it was done. The price was great, the service was excellent, and especially for just walking in on a Saturday morning. I'll definitely be back if I have any issues with my tires. Thank you so much for your help.

Very friendly staff and thrilled they had the correct size tires for my Subaru and they were able to mount them immediately. Very comfortable and quiet, dog friendly waiting room. NTB/Mavis tire McCandless Pa…read more I got screwed over one too many times today. On 7/19/26I had a blowout on my camper trailer on rt119 so we take all the wheels off I took them to NTB in Mt. Pleasant PA told them to put 4 new tires,valves stems on them. They were real nice and got right on it said it would take a half hour to 45 min. I went got lunch when I got back they were done and it was pouring down rain so I paid them and backed in they loaded them into my truck.Long story shorter 40 miles away I'm on the turnpike and the dry rotted valve stem breaks now we are 1 foot off the white line changing a tire again. I went to NTB McCandless on 7/22/26 I told the girl that was at the desk the whole story and first she told me she as short staffed then it went to she would have to check with her manager to see if they would fix it so I came back on 7/23/26 spoke with the manager told him the whole story and he said he would take care of it but once again short handed. I totally get he is having issues at the store because he told me himself. So he made me an appointment for 1:00 on Sunday 7/26 I was there early and had an infant baby with me so 2 hours later the girl comes back tells me everything is done the tire were in the back of my truck and was ready to go. I specifically asked her if they balanced the wheels she assured me they were balanced so I left without checking. We went to put them on the camper and there were not any wheel weights on any of the rims. Go back at 8:00 this morning 7/28 1st one in the door and the same girl all 3 times which is my 4th time back to NTB McCandless she proceeds to tell me that my tires were balanced on Sunday and I would have to wait. When I told her this was my 5th F ing to NTB to get my tires fixed. She immediately said I was not going to talk to her like that,she said I had to leave. I told her after 5 trips to get tires repaired I was not leaving until they were balanced I walked outside backed my truck up to the door opened the tailgate and sat on the curb to wait.Then the next thing I know is 2 McCandless police officers are giving me my last warning to leave or be arrested and have my truck towed and if I step foot on NTB property I will go to jail. AS MUCH AS I LIKE A CHALLENGE my meds are working and I had better things to do so I declined and left. I go 22 miles each way to NTB Cranberry I told them the whole story and Ashley said she would have it taken care of it if I would leave them and come back so I did. I went back later in the day she took care of balancing my tires with no problem. While I was there I asked her for the regional managers email address she said she would have to call him to get permission to share his information.She came back and told that he "was aware of the situation and declined to give me his information" not even allowed to have his name or email I just wanted to make him aware of what happened and I would have left it at that. Like I said meds are working. But now I'm here after 6 trips to an NTB over 100 miles and many hours later and I am told out right that I can't have contact information for management. To be fair they did give me a phone number to call which I'm sure is going to be one of those automated systems that will be a waste of time.

They recommended that I'm overdue on maintenance and that I pay them to change my brake fluid, coolant, differential and transmission fluid and for an extra $800 to which I declined. We did an alignment but when I left it was definitely not aligned, video attached. They did fix it when I returned 10 minutes later. Combined wait ~2.5 hours. This place isn't bad, but it wasn't a 5 star experience.

The major negative was that the final price came out nearly twice the original quote: close to $600 instead of the original $320. This was, I was told, because an additional part had to be sourced and installed. While I was already disappointed in this unexpected cost doubling, the icing on the cake was that I wasn't asked if I wanted to proceed with the repair. I was just informed that the cost had jumped, that the repair was complete, and that I now needed to pay up. This suggested to me that the original assessment of the damage had not been as thorough as it could have been. While a quote is an estimate, not a certainty, it's not good practice for businesses that run on quotes to let customers pay twice what they were originally expecting. In this situation, for instance, I would have appreciated a discount on the unexpected new part. That might have eaten into their profit margin, but it would have guaranteed that I would become a return customer, whereas now, I am not so sure.

My daughter had her 2012 Outback serviced here on January 7th, 2025, to have her radiator replaced…read more They charged $616.21 to replace a $270 radiator that sells for $120 at NAPA. They also wanted to replace the battery for $300, which I declined, and it tested fine elsewhere. Also noted that the hood struts were bad, when they worked fine right before the car was dropped off. Finally, the shroud for the serpentine belt was missing after the radiator was replaced. I have a timestamped picture from when it was dropped off by AAA showing the hood struts operational and the belt shroud in place. It is almost impossible for both hood struts to fail unless someone forced the hood up, breaking the seals, and causing the gas charge to release. I just noticed this now when my daughter visited us this weekend - we are 4/12 hours away - and I serviced her vehicle. She had Bastone inspect her car last September with no issues. This incident makes me question their integrity and will not have her return again. In response to the owner's reply... The hood worked fine when it was dropped off by AAA. We have a picture of it opened. Yes, it now does not stay up, and upon inspection, both strut showed damage as if it was forced open too far. Two struts do not fail simultaneously. The battery was drained because the car was sitting with the 4 ways for two hours on the bridge prior to AAA arriving and during the tow. Her car was not driven for over a month while she was away. She took it to Autozone, who ran a load test and found it to be just fine and only required a charge. I appreciate the reply but disagree... The facts do not add up here.
