I am so pleased with this Firestone. There I was, with a flat tire about a quarter mile away. It was dark and raining. I walked over to the Firestone to ask for help and sure enough the wonderful technician brought a compressor to my car to fill the tire enough to drive it to the shop. He patched my tire and off I went. 20 minutes. I'm so grateful that they helped me out like that, especially with the weather. Fun fact-the waiting room has a car battery with phone charge cables attached to it for guests to charge their devices while they wait! read more

I took my vehicle in for check engine light. They said they would fix it for 350$ citing the issues. So I paid them. It didn't fix my vehicle and I let them know. They said my parts were under warranty so I took it back in then they said it's something else and it'll be another 400$ just in labor to see what needs to be fixed. My guess is they diagnosed it wrong the first time and it wasn't even the problem. Either way I would not take my vehicle there. They don't seem to be knowledgeable nor do they have the integrity to make it right read more

I had front brake rotors and pads replaced on a Titan truck, and pads replaced on my wife's Infinity. They don't have equipment to effectively measure if brake rotors need turning or not. Consequently they try to replace everyone's rotors regardless. They take appointments that are worthless (the time complete is not honored) They try to get everyone to leave their vehicle all day which makes their job much easier but complicates your life. They sell brake jobs by the axle which "includes turning rotors" but get out of turning your rotors by claiming your rotors are warped and of course they don't turn warped rotors although they don't have modern enough equipment to indicate if the rotors need turning or are warped. If you have the time I'd definitely go somewhere else. In some instances, it's cheaper to go to your dealership. read more

This review is long overdue, but I needed several services completed before an upcoming trip (8hrs roundtrip) and the service Andre and the mechanic on duty at the time really came in clutch! I scheduled an appointment online for April 2nd but when I arrived it didn't show in the system. I was leaving the following Sunday and was particularly concerned about what I thought was a slow leak in my brand new tire I'd purchased at this location a few weeks prior. It was close to closing time and Andre called several other locations to accommodate; when no one had an opening, he and the mechanic stayed late to complete the services I'd originally scheduled! Andre mentioned the Firestone card at my previous visit and I got a really good deal with the promotion + the warranty. I know it's part of the job to sell customers on new cards and promotions, but I appreciated that he was wasn't pushy about it; turns out it was a REALLY good idea to get the warranty only for a little extra because the it was the NEW tire that needed changing from a nail being imbedded in the sidewall! If I didn't have the warranty, I would've had to pay FULL PRICE for ANOTHER new one! So I'm super satisfied with the customer service provided, so much so that I'll be headed back for a new set of larger tires and new rim mounting this coming week :) read more

Use these clowns with CAUTION! I purchased a 6-year warranty Interstate battery from the Davis Monthan Firestone in 2017. Twice in the last month the battery left me dead. The first time, I took it to my local Advance Auto and they charged it up. The second time I notice the battery was swelling (a sign of imminent failure) and I took it to the Robins Firestone. The desk agent (name started with a J) didn't seem to happy to have to work but he clicked around the computer and mumbled who knows what under his breath. Once he figured out how to handle it, J attached their hand-held tester which indicated the battery didn't have enough charge for the machine to get a reading (I told him it had less than 6V on it when I checked at home). He then told me the depreciated warranty value of the 2.5 year old battery was less than 50% of the cost and I also had to pay $25 to test the battery Firestone sold me to determine if it was indeed bad (even though the sides of the battery were bulging out). After asking why I had to pay for them to check their own product and J responding with "that's Firestone for you," I un-clipped their hand-held tester and told him they were effing crazy and left the store with my jacked up battery. J then told me not to come back and of course I'm happy to never use their products again. I went to Advance Auto and bought a new battery with a 3 year, 100% replacement warranty for less than Firestone's cost. Yet another consumer lost Robins AFB Firestone! read more

Scheduled an appointment at 11 am for an oil change and my car wasn't even touched when I went back to check in at 3 pm.

If you value your time and energy then for the love of all things holy, do not take your car here! So I called the day before to scheduled an appointment for 10 o'clock in the morning ( I planned it around an event that I had to go to expecting that by the time I was done my car would be long waiting for me). However apparently they don't give a crap about appointments here! My car didn't even get put on the rack till after 12 o'clock! And what was supposed to take an hour, maybe 2, took almost 3 hours! We decided to go grocery shopping ( since the commissary is right next door and within walking distance) while we waited and they called and told us the car was ready while I was still shopping! Great! We finished shopping and walked outside! I waited outside with my 1year old while my husband went next door to bring the car around! It took at least 30 minutes for him to pay, get the keys and pull around! What should have been 5 or 10 minutes turned into 30-40 minutes while I'm standing outside with cold groceries in Georgia heat! They have absolutely no sense of urgency! What was suppose to take at most 2 hours turned into almost 5 hours! This is the reason I scheduled an appointment so I didn't have to wait all day with a 1year old in tow! They need to learn how to plan better and honor appointments! So basically unless you have an entire day to spend here don't waste your time! You'll regret it! Never going back! read more

This place is ridiculous do not take your vehicle here. They can't even do an oil change right! They did not put the oil cap back on! I drove to Atlanta and back before noticing it was even gone. I notice a lot of oil on the floor, flipped open the hood and shocked to see that there was no oil cap. Oil was spit out of the engine everywhere! The hood had a huge oil stain and all engine parts belts etc had oil on them. I still can't see how he forgot that since he had 6 hours to do an oil change... Yup you read that right 6 hours for just an oil change!!! Also they did not top off any of my fluids at all even when they said they did since I paid an extra 9 bucks for that. When I found out about the cap I called to let them know and since I was going to be out of town for three days he said he would call Saturday first thing. Did I get that phone call? NO... Of course not so I drove out there for them to fix it. At least they fixed the problem without charging me extra. He did refund me after they fixed the problem but tried to give me my next oil change free... Uh no not going back dude. DO NOT COME HERE. read more
