After waiting all day for a check they told me tires were the issue. I already had tires on order elsewhere so said I'd stop back if it persisted. Got the tires swapped and it still had the noise so I came back the next day. Waited all day for them to take a look and they didn't get to it. The desk guy suggested that I take it elsewhere as he (personally) thought it may be transmission related. Took it to another local shop and it indeed was the axle. Just disappointed that they really didn't take the time to look at it after having it sit for two days. Gladly would have paid for their time. Maybe they just don't want work beyond tires and oil changes? Who knows.

Mr. Paul runs a gas station, auto repair and an authorized Budget Truck Rental establishment. I've been past this location a million times but never have stopped. I had the radiator on my car break early this year. That's right break. Who knew that they're making these things out of plastic for part of it. One shop wanted twice the amount of money for labor than his shop did. I'm really glad that I went to him as I was planning on buying a used radiator from a salvage yard. He told me this is a common problem and a used one would do the same thing. I never thought to bring a new container of antifreeze to replace what he was taking out. I thought he could reuse it as I had just replaced the coolant a few months earlier. But, he had to use new coolant and didn't even charge me extra for that. Now, I sat there and waited while he replaced the part. Very nice man. He even gave me the remote to the TV. This is what I would term not a chain type shop. That is, where everything is fancy and absolutely spotless. He's got a few old magazines, maybe a spider web or two and the look of what a mechanic's office used to be before everything got fancy and pricey. So, if you don't mind a that this doesn't look like a cover off of a magazine, your pocket book will thank you. He does stand behind his work and I would have no hesitation to bring my vehciles back to him for service, if need be.

This was my first run to this location. I have an Elantra that needed to have tune-up done. Now, I…read moream the mother of a disabled adult son and there was a CRITICAL APPOINTMENT that could not be missed this morning. This was conveyed to the manager yesterday an hour before they closed. The price to do the tune-up was in the neighborhood of $350 and he broke it down enough for me to justify trying it. He said they are not the cheapest, but they are the best. I explained my situation. He took my information, assured me that the car would be ready if I could get it there absolute first thing this morning. My car is running better NOW than it ever has. I will check out this company's website and find out what other services are offered at this location. I see that there have been some bad reviews on this location and I cannot speak to them. I can only review what service my car has had and how it has affected me. The appointment was made this morning, and I will speak with the manager about what other services are offered. Until I have a reason NOT to return, I will be bringing my car(s) to this location. I wanted to try another place/business, but they are so booked up it is not going to be available for me to get it done. So, this location of Precision Auto Care and their team will see me again after I check out what services they are able to provide.

We corresponded with them for two weeks before traveling to pick up the truck and I must admit that I was nervous. The truck was going through final inspections when we arrived but the lobby was a great distraction. All around the wall you find antiques, states and old memorabilia. Chargers throughout and a rocking chair, tv, water/coffee for your pleasure. Gary was the force and Amy was the fuel, I thought she had been there for years and actually it hadn't even been a year. I've had interactions with a handful of AAMCOS and this one by far was the best. They have a warranty at AAMCO and we haven't had to use it because the truck is still running great. This review is long overdue but thank you for your outstanding customer service and genuine people skills.
