Recently, I took my truck in for a slow leak in a tire I bought at that location. First time the guy Just adds 10 lb of air and says, come back if it does it again. It does and I go back. He takes off puts it in a tank. Can't find the leak. It does it again. I go back. They say we'll look at it and if we can't fix it, we'll get you a new tire but its going to be at least two hour. I couldn't wait today. I've probably waited three hours so far waiting to get this tire fixed. I hate to be that guy but, that's ALL they do. (Tires) it shouldn't be this much trouble to fix a tire!

Got that service completed, all is well. On 2/14/26, got another flat on the same tire as before. Scheduled for a tire replacement on 2/16/26, the day arrives, I take the car at 8am for appointment. Was quoted $125 for new tire, they discover the previous 3 tires are not the correct size and the flat was the correct size. So I've been driving unbalanced for months now. Instead of giving me the specified tires for the car, they just gave me the another wrong tire for the flat. Also this one tire didn't get to the shop until 4:30 pm. So it took them 10 hours to service my car for 1 tire. And then charged me $196. As being a pissed customer and I just wanted to get home I said "**** it" and paid for it. They also said I told them the wrong size in the very beginning, how could I have told you the wrong size when I brought you one stock wheel with a flat and you replaced it with the same tire, then quoted me 3 more of the same tire, then installed the wrong ones. Also on my 10 hour stay I overheard some chatter. How they have been making plenty of mistakes because the workers are "horsing around" and that one of them ran a customers car into an ice block during the winter storm and never told the customer. So I'm an unsatisfied customer that wasted their day of 10 hours for one singular tire and 4 incorrect tires that are not spec'd for the vehicle. They also thought it was funny that I complained to them about how long the service took.

I came in for a synthetic oil-change and added on Brake Flush and Radiator Flush. Then upon paying the $350 charge, I presented a coupon that only applied in California (small print). So I came back 2-hours later to present a local $50 Off Bronco-Owned JL coupon. I was told they couldn't accept the coupon. 2. I already knew that I had a slight transmission leak. I was quoted $120. They had to order the part, so I returned the next day for the Trans service. Upon concluding and paying for the service, the bill came to $289. Unfortunately, I was not given a paper estimate the day before on my first visit. So the original verbal quote I received was not accepted by the manager. Again, I presented a $20 Off coupon for the transmission service. The system did not take it - and they simply applied a $15 Off promotion instead. Again, happy with the service overall, but the change of a quote price and non-usable coupon(s) were a big disappointment. It seemed like a typical automotive service/repair experience, where you come in for a simple oil-change and end up adding more and paying 3x-4x more!!! It's a small "mom & pop" location, the father and son were the only ones there and working - which shows how independent it is.
