DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTO SHOP THEY FUCK UP YOUR CAR INTENTIONALLY. I would give them a NEGATIVE 5 stars if possible. Had an engine check light on did the most basic thing anyone can do and checked for oil myself look a little low but clear so I topped it. Engine light still on so I decided to go in for a diagnostic check supposedly came back with over six issues one of them leaking oil from the shocks that they supposedly needed to fix. $2000 dollars later I came home to the engine light turning on the very next day took it back. They charge me another $400 to replace a valve that supposedly was the cause of the engine light. Came back home to the engine light once again turning one.Finally I went a different Auto care for a second opinion, I showed them the invoice of all that Firestone supposedly did and it turned out that they replace 1 thing out everything was actually listed, the damn car didn't even have oil in it and there was no current leakage to say that it maybe it leaked out after taking it to Firestone. In addition, Not only did they verified that only one thing was replaced but that my light were messed with to where they would not turn on. I am infuriated with them, how do you take a car with an engine light and not check the fucking oil? How do you ask ? Well because it was all done intentionally !DO NOT go there. In addition, while there the front desk lady literally was talking bad about another customer right in front of me calling their car a "piece of shit" I should've known then. Got my car fixed for $600 with a DIFFERENT AUTO CAR COMPANY a month has now passed with no a single issue and the car drive excellent. I don't always leave reviews, but I got off the phone with Sean and was just so impressed with the level of service I received. I've always used Firestone, but am new to the Tulsa area. I'm happy I found this location! I needed an oil change, but I also had a few lights come on. I asked them to check it out. So many times I feel like because I'm a woman, I get taken advantage of when it comes to cars...but that wasn't the case here! There wasn't anything wrong with my car, despite the lights popping on, so he said he didn't feel right making a guess about what the problem could be or charging me for things that could eventually be a problem. Dear Firestone, We've done business with your organization for over 10 years, but sadly, no more. So tired of it all! Went in because of a small oil leak and $50 later (which I had no idea I was responsible for going in...especially since I was having my tires rotated and balanced...car would already be up on the rack) your establishment tried to tell me that it would cost $650 for a gasket and a switch. Then they said I had some movement on one of my tires and would need to replace two stabilizer arms ($95/each...I looked it up), and that this would cost $1,400!?! Then, they said they weren't going to rotate/balance my wheels because the tread was too low and I needed new tires ($650). I measured and they had 1/4" of tread on them! So, the estimate on the work would be $2,500! On a car runs and handles great! And it's only worth about $3,200!!!! No more BS! Sincerely, Sick & Tired read more

If I could give zero stars I would. If I could make so I never went I definitely would. Firestone will scam you for money and I wish I knew that before I made an appointment with them. I went in to get a quote for my a/c (it's blowing hot air). After almost 2 hours of waiting in an empty lobby, they call me up just for them to start naming tons of things that they "discovered" that I didn't even ask them to look at. After they were done listing the mountain of things, they finally showed the price. $2,500!?! Mind you my car runs perfectly, I was only going in because my a/c started blowing hot air. After I tell them I'm not paying that, they then tell me I owe them $55 for labor!?! Firestone is so money hungry they will over charge you any way they can! Don't go there for anything you need done they will do a lot of work you didn't ask for and over charge you at the end!! read more

Most of they know I'm deaf when I bring my vehicle to here, oftentimes. The nice lady works there, and she gave some information about these costs, awesome. Plus, Micheal is a honest person that he explained it to me clearly than the female advisor from the dealership service. I was concerned that my car's engine oil and rotors shaking a lot. I tried explain it to him then I didn't expect that he quickly knew what I talked about my vehicle's issues. I'm just impressed that. We will work on my vehicle for exchange some fluids, parts services and another more services I needed. I hope it will work my car keep to alive right now. Made a appointment to get my tires mounted that I had purchased I have custom painted wheels I advised this when I called to make the appointment and was assured no problem. when I showed for my appointment the lady up front was very rude stating she talked to the guys about the wheels and if we scratch the wheels nothing we can do sorry. I said why didn't you call me before my appointment to tell me? I wouldn't of drove all the way here she was so rude and unprofessional for being a single mom and coming to a tire shop I would of thought woman to woman there would be more understanding and respect. Boy was I wrong. She was horrible. So disappointed, women already feel awkward and unsure walking into places like this alone, go somewhere else! This place has no respect for women read more

Don't let your mother or grandmother go to this place. They take advantage of the elderly and unsuspecting people. First, after market motor mounts installed on my Aunt's car went out within 2 months. When she took her car back to them, they kept the car for THREE DAYS and then tried to charge a diagnostic fee for finding THEIR mistake. They let this nonagenarian sit for hours, instead of offering her a ride home. Firestone employees receive commissions for selling parts and services that may not be necessary. Buyer beware of Firestone shops, but especially this Firestone. After negotiating with them (which should not have been necessary) the matter was resolved. At least for now. read more

Being a young female looking for help from an auto/tire company I was almost completely screwed over. I came in with a nail in my tire wishing to have it taken out and have the hole be filled and repaired. They "inspected" it and told me the nail penetrated the sidewall and was not repairable so I would need a new tire. However my tire didn't appear to be losing any air, not very quickly at least, so I was a little skeptical. Especially since the nail was on the thickest part of my tread towards the middle of the tire. I decided to take my business elsewhere for a second opinion. Turns out the tire was completely fine and could be fixed no problem. I saved about 200 dollars by not taking the advice Firestone gave me. To be honest, I'm not sure if they even inspected my tire properly. I will NEVER trust this store a day in my life. read more

The only reason I'm giving this a 2 star review instead of 1 star is because the employees are nice. I have constantly had poor service here. The only reason I come here is because I (unfortunately) purchased my tires here, granting me free balancing and rotation. They are extremely slow, and they don't deliver on estimated completion times, even if you have an appointment. An hour and a half to rotate and balance my tires when I had an appointment is just not acceptable, especially when I was told it would take 45 minutes. For oil changes, they charge literally twice as much as I pay at SAAS, and it's hard to get a same day appointment. I can't get my tires rotated and oil changed on the same day because they estimate 2 hours for that. Who wants to leave their car for 2 hours? I recommend going to Goodyear across the street. read more

The only thing that kept me going back to any Firestone was the lifetime alignment I purchased many years ago. I've had some not so pleasant experiences, but this particular Firestone shop is terrific. The shop manager Mike (I think that's his name) is great to deal with and his crew is great. If something doesnt look right, they will get you and explain it to you. I'm an engineer and an experienced fabricator. I do the majority of the repairs and maintenance on the household vehicles, so I know when someone is blowing smoke. These guys are honest and have treated me right.
