Not only is he extremely thorough, respectful, and intuitive of your car's needs and your budget, but there's no opportunity for nonsense because he literally takes you out underneath the car, pulls up the diagnostics and explains every issue, every step of the way...And it's not a salesman's pitch, it's so you know how to better care for your car so they can trust their work to last. It trickles down to the rest of the staff, as well; they all seem very detail-oriented and accommodating, but not in a way that makes you feel like it's a backdoor deal, just consistency and great customer service as the standard. I really enjoyed learning about things I probably should have known a long time ago, but that knowledge was shared with an understanding that I was actually invested in the whole process, which is pretty astounding and will certainly save my family money in the long run. Case in point, my fiance ran into some issues a few months later and because we're a family customer there was some quick on-the-house care provided when we really needed trusted help, no appointment needed... I needed the tires right away for an offroading event close by. Facility is clean and nice. Staff here is very friendly. They will try quite a bit to sell you on the certificate warranty. It's up to you to decide if it's worth it. Think of it like an extended warranty for your tires. Recommend checking this place out if you need a good tire shop in the area.

I could not find any DVD/Blu-Ray's and an associate said they will not be carrying much anymore. The main issue with this store is the checkout isles. Due to the stores crowding, merchandise is far too close to the checkouts, causing the lines to curve, making it challenging to pass the lines on a busy day such as Saturday to find open registers. Checkouts can also become blocked due to the volume people are purchasing in. I wonder if this store needs another expansion, but with the former Walmart now Kohl's being next door, the room doesn't exist.

It doesn't matter what brand vehicle you purchase... All of the service departments are horrible to deal with. Today we go for an oil change. There are no cars waiting or in the bay. There are 25 minutes before they close and it never takes close to 25 minutes for my oil change. They close at 6pm. We're told there's not enough time and they can't do it. We get back home (to Wyoming not right in WB) before 6pm. And there wasn't enough time? If closing is going to be at 5:30pm then state that on your site and on Google instead of having closing time at 6pm. Or find employees who actually want to work. Just another reason we won't be going back to Motorworld. After seeing the kind of customer service and excellent employees that Blaise Alexander Hazelton has to offer we know what we shouldn't deal with. They saw me immediately for a dashboard light issue when Motorworld said it would be months before they could schedule me. And this is after myself and my family have purchased a total of 6 new vehicles from them over the years. They don't care and never will. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for vehicle purchases and oil changes. **Went to Valvoline in Kingston today and they were wonderful. They did so much more than Motorworld ever did.
