David is very unprofessional !!!!…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Firestone. About a month ago, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and because my windshield washer fluid was not working properly. It's a new car still under warranty with a 100 deductible. David recommended not to use my warranty since it was something minor....I was charged $53 to reattach the hoses. Within weeks, the exact same problem returned. When I came back to address the issue, I spoke with David, who stated he was the manager. I was then told I would need to pay an additional $287 just for them to inspect the washer fluid pump -- and they admitted they were not even sure if that was the actual problem. As a customer, it is frustrating to already have paid for a repair that clearly did not resolve the issue, only to be told to continue paying more money without any guarantee of a solution. What made the experience even worse was the lack of professionalism and transparency. When I asked to speak with another manager, I noticed a business card for someone named Deanna. She then told me "everyone in the store is managers," which honestly felt dismissive and unprofessional. I understand repairs can sometimes require additional diagnostics, but customers deserve honesty, accountability, and respect -- especially when returning with the exact same unresolved issue shortly after service. I hope corporate reviews how this situation was handled. Crystal Howard

Firestone killed my car…read more Having a coolant issue, I took my car to local Firestone (Lancaster) to have them look it over. They replaced two hoses, a top and bottom radiator. when they gave me the car back. Something wasn't quite right about it. Thermostat wasn't acting right after hours of driving working in Wilkes-Barry PA stopped in to their local Firestone to ask if they could recheck the coolant system. Informing them that it was previously worked on just days before. They said it was more likely a water pump when they investigated found. It was just clogged putting the car back together sending me on the road less than 200 miles later the lower radiator hose blew off and left me on the side of the road with no coolant when I called Firestone ask what happened. They told me to have it towed in and they would take care of the tow bill as well as repairing the vehicle as a warranty. After this conversation I got in communications with Michae De fazio after informing him of my concern of the quality that shop and the fact that David Witkins told something along the lines he couldn't handle the problem and I should take it to a dealership when pulling my car out of the shop David yells at Ken and his technician " don't call him till after seven if he's gonna call corporate, he can go fuck himself", said David the manager After Dave returned my car, not even reassembled let alone repaired. I got about 50 miles away when vapor was coming notice me out for under my hood when I stopped to check underneath the hood I saw the reservoir was empty. The cap was loose the mechanic clearly never finished the job when David pulled the car out of the shop I added coolant, went back on the road when my thermostat started giving me inaccurate readings again I stopped into Firestone in King of Prussia where I met Tim Lacy Do you need more comp managers like Tim less than an hour after I brought up my car he had already diagnosed it, and unfortunately, had to give me bad news that due to a lack of coolant in the car the head gasket was now blown, and the cost for repairs exceed the bluebook value of the car.
