Blew out a fairly new tire on I405 -- metal shard cut the sidewall of ours and a few other vehicles. Insurance roadside towed us to the nearest service center, which was this one. I called ahead and was allowed to bring the car in without an appointment, even though they were close to closing shop for the day. The team was great at tracking down the exact tire to match the existing 3, and worked to order it from out of state as that particular part is being phased out. It wasn't particularly cheap, but that's the price of a new tire anywhere these days. Appreciate not pushing to replace all 4x on an AWD vehicle that's fairly new! The tire arrived a day early, and the team was able to get us back on the road at the start of the week. Took my 26 Tacoma in to get tires balanced. Made sure they were aware that I'm very adamant about not getting my rims damaged or scratched. The guy on the phone sounded confident but when I showed up the tech said he could not guarantee it, I left instead of taking a chance on getting my rims ruined. I'd probably avoid this place. I was having car issues, and turned up at Firestone on a whim, not knowing what to expect. When I walked in, Pat immediately assisted me, when I explained my issue, he told me I needed a new car battery, and said they could get me sorted that morning if needed. I was so delighted they got me in, and I asked if they could help check some other things and they kindly obliged. They did a complimentary checkup on the car as well, and didn't try to sell me extras which I really appreciated. I waited in the lobby during the time there, they were constantly busy. Drove there to inspect a tire that was loosing pressure. "We cannot repair it, punctures are too close to each other" Quoted me a price for a new set, over $400 more than in other place I checked. Ok, I guess I'll get a new set elsewhere, picking up the car. Drive a couple blocks away, see that the tire is dead flat. I'm typing this while I'm waiting for the tow truck. This is the first time in my life when I checked in to a service with a running car and checked out needing a tow. I know, I should have checked the pressure before driving away. This place has been taking care of all mine and my girlfriend's cars. They tried their best into fix things and do their utmost to keep it economic. One time we took my girlfriend's 2012 Ford Bronco SUV in for serious repairs after it got smashed by falling trees. We returned the next morning due to small tail light issues. Her Bronco got taken cared wonderfully and the manager explained to us of how they repair the vehicle. The person in charge made our penny worthwhile, we left with happiness. I scheduled an appointment online. At the time, early in the morning, it was convenient to do this since they were not yet open for business. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my set appointment and went to the front desk to check in. I was concerned immediately when the gentleman could not find my appointment on his computer. He walked out to speak to his manager, whom I could see through the glass between the waiting area and shop. The scheduler walked back in from the shop. He relayed to me that his manager informed him that he had rejected the appointment that morning. I stopped and pulled up my phone and checked to see if i had gotten an email or a text and had just missed it. I had not. I then asked to speak to the manager. The scheduler walked out again, and I watched him speak to his manager. He came back and informed me that his manager was taking lunch and would not speak to me. The only thing worse than poor customer service is not addressing the issues. These guys don't even care that they provide horribly poor service. They are completely apathetic about it. I've been here a couple of times, for new tires as well as for alignment/rotation & oil change. I've had decent experiences here each time and no problems. I waited for the service each time and they were reasonably quick. I think it's probably possible to get better prices on some of the services they offer if you look around, but the costs were OK and the location is convenient. The only quibble I have is that they apparently turned off their customer wifi when Covid started and never turned it back on. I understand that they probably don't want to encourage people hanging out in their waiting area, but it's not that crowded, and no wifi in an auto-service waiting area is now uncommon. They've also turned off the coffee machine and lobby TV, which is probably not much of a loss. Please restore the customer wifi! read more

I had an engine check , and they were the only shop who agreed to take a look at the car right away with no scheduling! I really appreciate that guys, thank you ! The service here is awful and a joke, I had my boyfriend take my car in for a confirmed appointment at 2:30Pm. It took them almost 5 hours to do an oil change on my car. They also told my boyfriend they took down my car for another car that was more important. I asked my boyfriend to ask the person at the front desk if this car had made an appointment and he said no but "we had a faster die hour". What kind of business decides to take down a paying scheduled customers car to fix someone else's without an appointment? Time is money...I will never be back and the disrespect on the premises was unacceptable. My first time with service at this location. I ordered a set of new tires for my GMC Sierra Denali through Simpletire.com and had them sent to this location in Woodinville, the closest one to my home near Monroe. We set a time for a morning dropoff. These tires were to be installed on spare wheels, so just mount up the tires and I could take my pickup, returning later in the day to have the new tires installed on the truck and the TPMS reprogrammed. Upon arrival, several of their employees had apparently called in sick, so they were running shorthanded. Manager said they'd get the tires mounted, and would be able to install on truck later in the day, but not as soon as originally planned. I asked them to call when they were ready and went about my business. I didn't receive a call that afternoon, although apparently they were ready. I returned the following evening around 5:00 PM. It took well over an hour to get the tires on the truck, which I thought was sort of odd. When I looked at the tires, they hadn't bothered to clean the blue protective stuff off the raised white letters, or done any cleaning on the tires or wheels - something I've come to expect from Les Schwab. Since it had been quite a while since these original wheels had been re-tired, I went ahead and asked them to service the wheel-mounted TPMS as well. It cost $80/wheel! Not sure if this is the standard fee charged by most tire centers, but since the parts are less than half that and the tires were off the wheels anyway, that seems excessive. In all, sort of a "meh" experience. I used them because they were close and I wanted a specific tire available from Simpletire, but next time I'll likely return to the local Les Schwab. Not as great of a selection, but their service has always been 5-star. read more

I got an oil change from these guys on May 4, 2024. After the oil change I noticed my left side mirror was askew. I checked out the mirror, saw no damage, so I adjusted the mirror back to its preferred position and went on driving. I noticed the mirror would wobble a bit, but because I saw no damage, I just kept on driving. I work from home, so I only drive once or twice a week. It wasn't until a week after my appointment that a piece of the mirror fell off and you could clearly see that the housing inside the mirror was cracked. I immediately reported this to the Firestone that caused the damage, they said they would conduct and investigation and get back to me. A week in a half later, I still haven't heard from them so I go in and ask about it. The man at the counter said, "I was there the day of your oil change and the 10 days that followed without complaint. I talked to our guys and none of them broke your mirror. We aren't paying for your repair." Someone at this location is clearly lying about causing my car damage and because I can't prove it in court I will probably have to pay for the repairs out of pocket, which is sadly often the case with issues like this. This oil change is now going to cost me $70... oh and $1,000 for a side mirror replacement. Don't come here, if they damage your car during maintenance, they will not take responsibility for it. read more

I am not sure how they ended up having such a crappy rating as my experience was pretty good. I had my daughter's car towed to this location as we needed a Bridgestone tire which is not typically stocked at Discounted by my house which I typically go to for any tire related service. Anyways, I thought both the sales manager and the service manager were friendly and professional I wouldn't hesitate recommending this place for anyone who needs a tire service. Then you might ask why 4 stars not 5. A couple of reasons. First of all, for just one tire change, it took longer than I expected. Once the car was in the bay I thought it would be done in 10-20 mins but it took longer. Secondly as soon as I started the car, I saw " check the tire pressure" message on the dashboard. I would've expected the mechanic to either reset or at least let me know there was an error that I need to reset. Not a big deal but I thought some attention to detail was missing. None of these is a deal breaker and I would totally use them again for a tire service in Woodinville. Thanks! read more

Honestly I would never recommend anyone comes here for any type of service unless you want to leave with your car being damaged. I came here in a desperation and thinking because I was nice they wouldn't take advantage of me but boy was I wrong. When I first came into the shop around 6:15pm on a Tuesday to have them check out my tire because tire pressure was low there were 2 guys working and the one inside the garage started screaming at the other one saying why he took me when they're about to close and he told him to just go home and I definitely should've known that was my red flag to get out of this place but I decided to continue my service & had to leave my car overnight since they didn't have the tires for my car. They did overnight shipping for them & said they would be delivered around 9/10am. I called the next morning at 11am to see if my car was ready and they said they ordered the wrong size so it won't be ready until 2pm but I told them I needed it by noon so they told me to come on by and it will be ready. I get there and they asked if I wanted a alignment check and I was like well yes? And so I think I got my car back at like 12:40pm. Anyways, this wasn't the problem. I drove my car for like a week and the snow traction light kept flashing and my 2015 Lexus has never done that before so I took it back there on a Friday so they could see what was wrong and they told me it looks like they put the wrong tire size on so it's messing with the sensors so they told me they ordered new ones and they'll be in tomorrow morning. I was still very nice & understanding about all this. I brought my car back Saturday morning and left it in their care and came back around 2 hours later & noticed there was a huge skid mark on the passenger side and when I asked the guy about it he told me it was there from Friday night and I would have noticed something like that, I've had my car for 1 year. I told him it wasn't and he said "looks like someone backed into it" and I told him it wasn't there and he said "pretty sure it was" so I walked away in confusion, and went back to work and called to speak to the manager and explained to him what happened and he asked me to bring it back and he'll take a look. My car is a silver color and these skid marks were black & white. So when I brought it back I told him it wasn't there that morning and he said "my employees said it was there yesterday and he thought you knew, looks like a big truck backed into it" and I told him that is not a truck backing into it because there is no dent it's so fresh and to me personally it looks like a tire skid mark and he said "I can bring out a tire and rub it on your car so you notice the difference". I called my dad to tell him what they're trying to make me feel so stupid and the manager just walked away and he never returned?? On Monday I called the corporate office to report this and they said they will have a area manager check all cameras & he will call me within 48 hours. So I received a call from a Corporate manager on Wednesday and said they do not take responsibility for what happened to my car because the employee said it was there the night before. He suggested I file a insurance claim and they figure it out. So I spent $1k just to end up with a scratched up car that their employees with anger issues created and I am responsible for this. Went to this shop twice a couple of years ago. On one trip they repeated work that was already in their computer as it recently done in another Firestone. The other time they replaced coolant hoses that only lasted two years. The originals went 6 and a half so I suspect the parts installed were not quality. read more

Our daughters car battery died today at Haggen in Woodinville. We jumped it and went to Firestone. Though they were really busy all day they managed to squeeze us in. We had no idea if it was an alternator, starter, or something beside just a battery as we had already jumped it for her that morning. They checked it all and it was only an old battery and bad terminal wires. What a great business to get us in and fixed today. It took 4 hours waiting but anywhere else would have turned us away. I wasn't happy with my experience here, but it was better than many of the reviews I'm just now reading (I wish I had read them before taking my car here!). I was in a bit of a time crunch having not passed the emissions test (which I think is the fault of a different place that did work on my car...different story), and this place was on the approved list for repairs. They were able to take the vehicle immediately after asking a bunch of questions on the phone and getting everything set up -- they seemed professional. We had to call them repeatedly to find out our estimate and all the other details. I'm now thinking that they probably stalled so that there wouldn't be more time in the day to take the car somewhere else. Anyhow, they FINALLY gave us an estimate about 3 or 4 hours after taking the car in and clearly stated that the estimate "included parts AND labor" -- when we went to pick up the car, suddenly that number did not include labor and the price was $200 more than the estimate. But, what are you going to do, right? Considering contacting the BBB... The silver lining - I guess - the car did pass emissions on the second test. I'm still not planning on ever going back here (or that other place I think damaged my vehicle in the first place)... read more

This review is solely based on my experience buying a car through TRED.com. I'll explain. Firestone is contracted to do inspections of vehicles for sellers using TRED.com as their broker. The buyer takes the car to Firestone, a technician inspects the vehicle, fills out a "buyers assurance" inspection report, and the seller has something to show the buyer what kind of condition the car is in. This Firestone franchise inspected the vehicle I purchased through TRED, and the inspection was a tissue of lies. The only issue noted on the inspection was that there were chips in the windshield. What was not noted was $1200 worth of suspension repair, and HVAC issues that prevented the rear passenger compartment from receiving any hot or cold air from the vents. I still haven't had a chance to have the HVAC issue addressed, so I have no idea what that's going to cost to have fixed. Based on the inspection report, I offered the seller more money than I would have otherwise, as when buying a used car there's always likely something that's going to come up, and I adjust my offer accordingly. Given that the seller had an inspection done by an unbiased 3rd party, I felt more confident offering more money. Stupid me. It's clear to me that Justin, the tech that did the inspection, was not motivated to really inspect the vehicle. Whether this is an issue with Justin or this Firestone franchise as a whole, I don't know, but I know where the ultimate responsibility lies, regardless. I wouldn't take my vehicles to this location, and after reading a number of their other reviews, I feel even more sure that the people writing them are putting more effort and concern into their reviews than Firestone is putting into their customers. read more

Blown away by all the negative reviews. I had such a great experience and Kevin and Pat were so helpful. I was in Woodinville with wife visiting wineries and had a brake problem. Got towed here. Kevin quickly diagnosed issue but it was near closing and needed to call Jeep in the morning, as it was Sunday and Jeep dealer closed. In morning Pat got right on it, determined it was an aftermarket part used in my supplemental braking system (we tow it behind our motorhome), went to Napa and got suitable replacement part which he then had to modify slightly, installed and back on the road by 10:30 a.m. and the bill was $35. read more

I went in for a new battery. My experience was not bad, but had a bunch of different things that I didn't like. I called to find out what the cost would be and they quickly got that but then hung up before I could arrange to bring down the car. I had to call back. They did the work in a reasonable time but didn't bother to clean the battery cables. Their web site says they have a device to help you not lose radio settings but they didn't use it on my car. When they gave me back the car they parked it in an adjacent strip mall parking lot but didn't tell me until I walked all the way around their building looking for it.
