They will never contact you on anything nor give you updates, it is you who needs to contact for updates 2. They charge more comapared to other title company, but they are so cheap that they won't even fedex Recorded Deed, refund check and Final Closing Statement. Even when telling me that, she would also threaten me with messing with my rental history saying I wouldn't be able to rent anywhere else. Also saying if the person buying the home wouldn't want me as a renter because of the way I was not "cooperating". Because she wanted multiple buyers to come into my home during irrational hours. Even after I told her I could do any day but one day out of the week. That was considered not cooperating because it wasn't what she wanted. She even would schedule a certain hour during the day for a buyer to come see it and when the buyer is an hour late she would get mad at me for not "cooperating" I'm just a renter I can't be just waiting all day for someone to come see a house because the buyer is late. I waited after and she was still bothered that I wasn't home for them to see it because they were late. Honestly not a very nice person to work with threatening me was not professional at all to me.

He truly cannot be trusted. He and his buddies Don at REST EZ home inspection and Dave Gauden at Gauden Exterminating all lied on reports to sell the home. They covered up damage. When we called our realtor Dave for help he pretty much had washed his hands. He didn't offer any help. He told us to call Don when Dave was the one that set up these inspections. We trusted Dave at PMZ. What a huge mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eventually all of you will get caught for all the scandalous moves you make. I'll be sure to help that happen.
