We are in Sonoma Valley, high fire area. No one seemed to want to help us. Rob took the time out of a VERY busy day to help us get CA FAIR Plan coverage as well as additional Farmers HO coverage. He was responsive like NO other agents I called, and asked pertinent questions to customize our coverage. Nobody else did this: all cookie cutter quotes. And then there was a wildfire (the Caldor Fire).  By a stroke of luck, I found this agency on the web. I contacted them scared to death my home would be destroyed by the fire. Luck was on my side and an agent in this office helped me.  Her name is Crystal Hernandez and she patiently waited for the fire restrictions to lift.  She checked it constantly until the coast was clear. When they lifted the restrictions we applied for the Fair Plan. It took over a month for this to happen but it did.  The fire finally was under control, and we got the green light. I was given a quote for Farmers first and we waited for the go-ahead for my Fair Plan acceptance.  I am so blessed I found this agency!  I now have insurance,  This for me was a nightmare up until now.  Thank you, Farmers Insurance for this great Agency.
