About two years ago I moved both my home-owners, Umbrella and car insurance over to Jan. The reason at the time was I wanted an agent I could meet with, not a computer. I asked Jan to prepare me a bid, and her pricing saved me over $1,000. Since then Jan has proven to me I made the right decision. I have 6 cars insured, had two of my kids rear-ended, transferred title on two cars, sold 2 cars and bought 2 others. I often laugh with Jan about just how crazy our family is around cars. Jan has navigated our constant changes with grace and promptness. I can not imagine a customer that could have this many changes or an agent who could handle our needs.
