The shop is a little small for the number of people they get flowing through the doors, but overall, it is a great place. There are two different shops, and they reign right beside each other on the beautiful downtown stretch of Hartselle Alabama. The prom dress story is the one that many Yelp users have added pictures of, but the original store is a bridal boutique. I have been to both. The bridal boutique is by far my favorite of the two because of the care and intentionality of the staff. It never ceased to amaze me how in tune the team​ is to what a bride should feel like in "the" dress. Lve the store!

She waited outside the changing room to help zip up or clip together all the dresses, which I really appreciated. At some other salons, I was left to fend for myself and half the time couldn't get the dresses completely zipped up. I actually ended up going with a dress Emily picked out, which I think is a testament to her expertise on what a bride is specifically looking for. A few weeks later, I got a lovely card in the mail from Emily congratulating me on saying yes to the dress. I can't wait to wear my dress for my wedding in March!

I found a number of dresses I really liked and was so happy to finally find the one! I couldn't commit immediately and they were very understanding. They took pictures for me (which apparently some stores do not allow) and talked me through the whole process. When it cane to ordering, I was so scared because it was 5 months before my wedding and most bridal salons told me that I was a fool for waiting so long! Here, they confirmed that I had plenty of time. Some of their dresses were available for preorder and could arrive as early as two months later while even if my size wasn't in preorder, it would arrived more than a month before my wedding. Upon her return, she told me that the dress she had picked out for me to try next was A LOT different, but that I had to give it a chance. I went in saying that I wanted a sleeveless dress with minimal detailing and a low cut back. She came back with an entirely beaded dress with a highly detailed back. At first look, I thought she was crazy, but I tried it on and was surprised - this was the look I was going for, I just didn't know it! Thank goodness Meredith did.
