Whenever I go into a western store and see a George Strait cutout, I ALWAYS offer to buy it, I'm a super fan. They are extremely rare to find for sale, and if they are, they're usually expensive since they're limited edition. Well this time, they let me leave my name and phone number so that they could ask the owner. I was tickled because usually stores won't give you the time of day. I didn't expect to hear back. But 2 weeks pass by, and I'm driving through Cullman so I give them a call. They tell me to hold on a minute. "He wants $500 for it," they told me, and I totally understood but as a college student, I knew better than to spend big money like that lol!! I was about to reply but then she said, "Just kidding! He wants to give it to you for free. Merry Christmas!" YALL, I was so excited, I nearly wrecked my car. I whipped into that store and honestly couldn't believe it. I'm a huge George Strait fan, always have been, and this made my year. It seems silly but it is genuinely one of the coolest things I own now and it's right beside my collection at home. I can't think Mr. Larry enough, and also the two wonderful women who helped me!! I FaceTimed my parents, my friends, I even made a TikTok about it!! I accidentally washed a folded shirt after vacation and it came out still folded. We've had doctor appointments for skin rashes from the fact that it does not get detergent out of clothes. We followed instructions from the business and the manufacturer on 1 million different cycles to try to see if they work and none of them do. This machine is under warranty, but no one will do anything about it. If you get a lemon, just know you will be out thousands of dollars. Go to Bob Wallace in Huntsville because my friend had the same issues and they replaced hers. Eva appliance left us to deal with a mess.

When a couple, um, older folks (meaning not in our teens or early twenties) walk into a store like this, it's pretty easy for the staff to kind of ignore us and think we must have got lost on our way to Denny's (really not that old - just making a point). They greeted us and let us know that everything in the store was 10% off and even helped us to find some stuff. Talked with us while we were making our purchase as well. Store is put together pretty cool as well, broken boards line some of the walls and even used skateboard trucks as the handle to open and close the front door. Really cool guys running this shop, help support them and pop in and check this place out.
