Usually the ladies here are so nice and welcoming! The haircuts are terrible for pretty decent…read moreprices. I've been here multiple times and have never had any complaints up until today. I called to see if I could tip on my card so I could get cash if I couldn't and the lady very rudely told me that they only take cash or check, something I completely forgot about so yes I see how that is my fault. So I figured I would just take extra cash out at the atm so I could properly pay and tip because I don't carry cash. Then I asked if my stylist had any coffee preferences so I could bring them in a drink because I work at a nice coffee house and was going straight from work to my hair appointment. She then, again rather rudely, said that they had coffee there and my stylist would not want a coffee if I brought one in. Maybe it was just a misunderstanding with her tone but it felt like I was almost being talked down to, something I have never experienced before! Everyone has always been very nice to me! About 10 minutes later after I scheduled at my favorite salon back in my college town I called the cancel and I felt so bad because they woman who answered was so nice and tried to accommodate me but I just did not want I go back to a salon where when I was trying to make sure I could tip properly and maybe even bring in a free drink for my stylist I was given attitude. Again I have never had an experience like this before so I'm unsure of what happened. Like I said before I've never had any complaints before this.
