Went in for a wire transfer and they said that I need to make an appointment to see a specialist. While people were walking in and seeing one on the spot. So since I didn't have one I made one for the next day. Then I come back to withdraw some money and only 1 teller while two others are chatting in the lobby area. It went from just three customers to 6 and then they finally come to help. We had to wait a while because the clients in front of us had business accounts and were making large deposits. No business teller either. I never see them open anymore. I doubt it will get any better. The Bonita Branch is much worse.

The teller that assisted me was using my ID to withdrawal money and after she wasn't able to complete the transaction she didn't want to try again because she stated it would flag my ID. I've never had issues before so I'm not sure what the problem was. I have used other chase banks and they simply ask me for both cards. It was just an inconvenience for me to have to drive to another chase that was able to assist me. Other than that parking lot is small. The shopping center does get busy but there is quite a bit of parking. I recently lost my debit card and needed a replacement. I drove to this location, requested a new debit card at the counter, and was out the door with my new debit card in around 15 minutes. Everyone was very kind and I will definitely be returning if the need arises.

This party determines if the payment will be sent electronically or by mail. Agent stated they have no control over mailed checks (payments) delivered by USPS. So...ooops, your mailed check is late and you get charged with a fee and interest plus this impacts your credit rating. SDCCU states that the bank (SDCCU) will contact the payee to make it right. Up to the customer to follow up with removal of the fee and interest. Do you have time for all of this? Bank of America sends payment electronically. SDCCU is still in the dark ages.
