Should be a quick phone call and that's it. They were unwilling to help me. Wanted me to schedule an appointment two weeks out. I informed the man at the front desk that I am a teacher and 3:30 is the earliest I can arrive. I am unable to come sooner because I used all my sick days when my dad died. I am deeply disappointed at the insensitivity and lack of initiative to help me what should have been a quick process. He gave off the vibe of "No we cannot help you because we are about to close even though we have 20 minutes left." I am so disappointed.

The other employees were assisting customers in different areas, but two or three were just walking around asking people why they were there instead of helping reduce the long line. I waited about 30 minutes just to get change for my business. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time. Every time I come here, the wait is extremely long. I don't understand why, with so many employees in the branch, they can't have more tellers available when there's a line. The wait times are frustrating and need to be improved.

Every time I've tried to meet with a "banking expert," there's always a long wait--or worse, I've been told to make an appointment and come back on another day. This particular branch was especially frustrating. I came in to open a new business account and was told I'd need to return another day for an appointment. For a business customer, that kind of delay just doesn't cut it. While a few of the staff were friendly and helpful, the place feels understaffed and overly complicated when it comes to basic services like opening accounts or getting information on new offerings. And I am not using your full names for the reason of professional courtesy. I'm glad this was not a pressing item for me. But it you want a bank that will be responsive to your needs ... a checking or savings account, a loan, or whatever ... I now think my initial review was overly generous. And one more thing. Someone (I think Chase Bank) put in pictures showing a kid playing with a toy airplane (supposedly outside of this bank) that looked like they had been shot at another one of Chase's banks in a big city.
