It was deposits from Airbnb coming in sometimes three times in one day. I had to wait 22 days for them to mail me a check. Then when I went to cash it the bank held onto it for another 5. No one in the branch was helpful and no one over the phone knew what was happening. I spend hours on the phone. Did I just have bad luck with them? This is so strange. Anyway, they told me I would never be able to open an account with them again lol. Well, honey, it's mutual. I don't think I would ever want to go through something like this again. She said she couldn't/wouldn't bring up our account on her computer. She asked me to check my mobile banking, which I haven't set up. I tried showing her the call I had received and asked for help setting up mobile banking she said, "I can't touch your phone." She was very rude. We left. We later found out through various phone calls that it was held up because we put our daughter-in-law's name on the memo line (it was for her birthday)!
