In person I have no problem with this bank. It's the call line that continuously annoys me. I've tried countless of times to reach Logix both Woodland hills AND Calabasas Branch in the morning once at 9am, 9:30, 10:00 and 10:30am. No answer. Add a callback line or pick up the phone! Dealing with this during tax season is not ideal. I also had a fraudulent check issue 5 years ago that they still hold on to and permanently disabled my online checking after proving innocent. I flow tens of thousands of dollars through this bank and would like better online service. read more

I should be able to get answers to y questions this company charges a monthly fee to keep money in a checking account and worse than that is they stopped me from allowing wires to go out of my account when I wanted to wire money this makes no sense and it's not right so I close my account out with them if policies have changed, I would consider reopening an account with them, but until then I can't wait this company high at all. Logix's tagline "Smarter Banking" implies they are superior to other banks. However, our five-month ordeal was far from it; in fact, it was the worst customer experience and it is still ongoing. I recently assisted my father-in-law in obtaining a HELOC. He is a veteran with excellent credit, no debt, owns two homes, and has more than enough income to qualify. Our issue lay in the appalling service from loan officers and behind-the-scenes staff, who, while apologizing for incompetence, did nothing to improve the situation. The service involved not responding to emails or phone calls inquiring about the status of the HELOC. When they finally reached out requesting various information, promises made were never fulfilled. An excessive number of documents were asked for at various times. In some cases, documents that were provided and acknowledged as received were asked for again. To top it off, at the final hour, Logix required us to open a regular checking account with $10 in order to finally get the HELOC. Now, a month later, they are telling us we must deposit $1000 into it. read more

We have had many services done here with effortless ease and minimal work on our end! We wanted to start a savings account for our little one and they helped us quickly with answering all of our questions and providing us with options that would have the best return. They also helped us out with a car loan. Again, effortless, no complications and with ease. We even had a grace period of a couple months till the payments started. We go in often to make small deposits for our son and they are always so personable and friendly. On one of our visits, we asked if they had a plastic piggy bank. They did not and we were like, ok, no biggie. A week later a big ceramic piggy bank shows up at our door from Logix!! Wow, that like never happens, but it did!!! I first came here a couple months ago to deposit tip money. As I was waiting in line, I noticed a lot of the employees were quick to acknowledge me. Even if they couldn't help me, it was very nice being greeted. Some context: I had an experience at the Woodland Hills location a bit prior where the teller got frustrated that my bills were apparently unorganized and they kept getting caught in the money sorter. As someone with customer service experience, I wouldn't show my frustrations to the customer like that, especially since I had no issues waiting. There were other tellers available to help out clients that came after me too so I wasn't holding up the line either. It's not a big deal, but now it sticks out to me because I received such excellent service from the Calabasas branch for the same exact transaction! Leo helped me out and he was very kind, patient, and happy to make small talk. Even with the line building after me, he made sure to not let that take away from the customer service. Yesterday I went in for a simple deposit and was greeted by Priscilla at the front, who was very friendly. I was waiting in line for a few minutes before the branch manager, also named Priscilla, came out to help me with my deposit in her office! She was very professional and courteous and made sure my membership was appreciated. I also learned they are giving out free beanies for every Yelp check in. So, I've had two excellent experiences here where the employees gave outstanding customer service and after meeting the branch manager, I now understand why this location is so good. Thank you all for being so considerate and customer service driven. While I do appreciate the Simi Valley and Woodland Hills locations, the Calabasas branch has an extra touch that makes it worth driving to over the others. read more

If you are looking for a really nice bank, this is it. Everyone is super friendly with great customer service. Our other bank closes at 2 pm during this stay at home order, but Logix has regular hours, which is so much more convenient. This branch has plenty of parking, even some shady spots. It's easy to find. Bonus it has a Trader Joe's next door, so you can pick up some cash at the bank and spend it next door. I only wish there were some branches on the Westside .... read more

Minimal customer service. It's not like they are not friendly or so, but when the only banker in on "lunch break" one hour before closing (!) on a Saturday it feels kind of foolish. It's not the first time no banker is available. Interesting, plenty of appointments are available the following day, except the last hour. Well, some people work and can't do earlier.. - Long story short: Interest rates are low, but customer service is accordingly. Will have to make appointments every time to see a banker, or take the longer way to another branch. read more

I signed up with Logix online and went into this branch to pick up my debit and credit cards. While I initially was told that I wasn't eligible for a branch-only offer since I did my account opening online, the branch staff realized my frustration and worked with the back office team and upper management to fix the issue. These days, it is very hard to find a bank that actually treats you like a member and shows appreciation for your business. Banks don't go out of their way anymore to solve a problem. Most banks that I looked into either gave really low rates with high fees, or they had bad customer service and long lines. Logix really changes this experience. It was nice walking into the branch and feeling like I have a teller and bank staff who really value my business. I am an electrical contractor and have done many many customer service based work in my lifetime. It's so easy to say "no" to someone and refuse to help but it makes all the difference when you find a way to say "yes". Logix Calabasas do the extra work to find a way to make it happen.
