Appetizers - pretty yummy WTF roll - 9/10 had dried Wagyu which made it more savory, rice is chewy (in between sushi rice and sticky rice) could be a little less rice; the potato threads were crispy and yum Wagyu Perogi - 7.5/10 was good, but not as meat focused as I was hoping, filling was very soft but I like the pasta dough (had some chew) Entrees were cooked well, I think the flavors were straightforward and not too complex. Chicken Wellington - the pastry dough was as buttery as biscuits. Sauce had dates and the dish was on the sweeter side (I prefer more savory entrees so this was not my taste) My partner ordered this and he loved it Miso Black Cod Fish was done well and not dry. Broth was a bit one dimensional to me. I thought my soba noodles were gonna be the brown ones but they were thicker like ramen white noodles The herbs really captured the pho broth well. I've noticed the effort put into the menu was done really well. I feel like with food fusion, I noticed a lot of things do end up getting misspelled but I noticed the accent and spelling were all correct on the menu. Liz was our server and she was very knowledgeable on the menu also!

I don't write many Yelp reviews, but Mark Morgan & his team at F3 have earned every word of this…read moreone. I've worked with Mark Morgan for several years now, and he is, without question, the best trainer I've ever worked with. His knowledge of fitness, strength training, mobility, and overall health is incredible, but what really sets him apart is after all these years, he continues to challenge me, and somehow keeps me engaged even on the days I'm not feeling it. As a former college athlete, I've become noticeably stronger, my overall fitness has improved, and I can do things today that I couldn't do when I started. When I've had physical concerns (including a fun year with frozen shoulder) I relied so heavily on the expertise and experience of Dr. Jon Francis - who is absolutely incredible... and also a phenomenal trainer himself! But the biggest transformation hasn't been physical. The greatest gift F3 has given me has been my mental health. Life is busy, stressful, and demanding, and that hour has become something I genuinely need. No matter how I walk through the door--stressed, exhausted, overwhelmed, or distracted--I always leave feeling happier, more energized, and in a better headspace than when I arrived. The entire team at F3 is so welcoming & encouraging. I've made genuine friends in some of the trainers and others who work out there. I've seen great athletes improve, and I've seen people regain their lives there. It is a space for everyone, completely free of judgment. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you've been training for years, Mark meets you where you are and pushes you to become the best version of yourself. If you're looking for a gym that genuinely cares about you as a whole person, I cannot recommend F3 and Mark Morgan highly enough.

I have been a member at Fit flex fly since it opened. What keeps me coming to F3…read more is the variety of classes, the time they are offered, the quality of all the instructors , and I have never been bored. All the classes are fresh, challenging and fun. I have met a lot of nice people and formed friendships as a result. I look forward to going there all the time. With the New year approaching and goals set, look at F3 as a possibility. The team of trainers and staff will work with you and for you so your fitness goals and health will improve. Thanks Mark and Kelli for investing in F3 and making it a great place. A A

We brought our grandkids here today to climb as they come regularly with their parents. It was $44…read morefor day pass for 2 kids under 10 and they can come and go today between 9a and 10p They already had waivers on file but we had to both sign a waiver to be in the facility - a quick process. They did tell us that for Children under 10, the guardian has to do the hooks - so they put the kids in their harnesses and then gave us a lesson. Your fee includes required shoes that they provide for you to climb. There are cubbies where you can leave your things. I did notice they had a decent Fitness center for members - cardio, weights etc. They also had an area with a Couch, Foosball and some board games You can bring your own snacks, they did have a couple of picnic tables and has water and Gatorade for sale. They've got lockers (assuming for members and their gear) and so many different climbing opportunities. This particular setting seemed way more formal than some of the other climb centers we've been to. There were a lot of adults using different techniques and pulley systems to climb- I'm not familiar enough with all of the technology, but if you're a serious climber, this may be a better place for you to train and prepare for a real climb. They also appear to offer training classes as well as summer camps for the kids, it looks like they have quite the community here
