I called back to report her and speak with her supervisor and she said she could hang up on whomever she wants and that her supervisor "Greg" was not in. Donna DEMANDED my phone number, but certainly I did not feel comfortable providing it and told her for security purposes I did not want to give her my number, so she hung up on me again. Sadly, Donna does not realize that the receptionist can have a lot to do with running people away from a business and profits failing. I will research to discover what governmental entity is over Financial Consulting Agencies and file a complaint, as I was unable to conduct business due to Donna's unprofessionalism, bad attitude, her sheer rudeness and her yelling and berating me. Donna needs to learn how to treat people and a telephone etiquette course for sure!

Less than a year ago, I had a collection account from a closed line of credit, a charged off credit card and a few late car payments on my report. My main concern was the collection--I honestly wasn't too worried about the other items, but Cam recommended taking a holistic approach. Instead of focusing on just one issue, he suggested addressing everything at once. Several months later, my credit reports with all three bureaus are clean and clear, with all negative items either removed or updated to positive. Whether you're working to repair bad credit or you have okay credit and want to elevate it to excellent, Cam is the person to call. It's a process, and it doesn't happen overnight--but he delivers results. I truly can't express enough how much he's done for me.

I don't believe these agents are fiduciaries and therefore not obligated to work in your best financial interest. My agent was very attentive, until he sold me a product. After realizing the product he sold me was not what I originally asked for, I attempted to reach out cordially via email, his assistants, and through his business cell. This was months ago with no reply since. I wanted to convert a pension into a Roth IRA and was looking for advice on how to accomplish this and what to invest it in. The agent contacted me through my pension provider, so he seemed like a credible advisor. The agent rolled my funds into an annuity instead despite this not being at all what I asked for. At no point were the terms, risks, fees, penalties, or caps of this contract clarified to me verbally. It also was not explained to me that annuities need to sit for decades to see any gains. Written contract was incredibly confusing jargon. I did not fully understand the product. I asked for clarification that this was a Roth IRA and not an insurance product. Why would I need to pay for a tax deferral through an annuity when I would've already gotten that benefit through a Roth invested in stocks/mutual funds? I was told not to worry, that this was my best option, and I was urged to sign so we could move forward. Looking back it feels predatory and shady. Then he began trying to sell me indexed universal life. Majority opinion from anyone who doesn't have a commission to be gained from selling such a product will tell you this is a bad investment for a 23 year old with low income and no dependents. When I raised suspicions he assured me he was not trying to sell me life insurance despite that being exactly what he was doing. I lost a pretty penny due to the surrender penalty trying to get out of the 10 year contract with the insurance company. The annuity was barely earning anything. Clearly not the best option for me. Never once did I mention that I was interested in an annuity. I very clearly communicated I wanted a Roth IRA, and my agent (in my opinion) chose an account that wasn't suitable for me because there was a commission to be gained for him. Then he didn't even have the integrity to respond to me when I reached out seeking clarification. Even if you are looking to purchase an annuity, I suggest you look elsewhere where they are more trustworthy. Don't allow these people to play games with your hard earned retirement

I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.
