If you're thinking about putting your business into a Gatski property, bring a lawyer and make sure to get every single word in writing. These people will tell you the world, but their words are completely empty. I was forced to abruptly close my business for emergency repairs and I was lied to, misled and had my time wasted thru this entire process. I was promised discounts on my rent, reimbursement for cancelled bookings and compensation for my time that I was forced to supervise the restoration on my own time. In the end, despite having all of this in writing, they just pass the buck to the owners and tell me to forget about all that. This company has no sense of responsibility or compassion for their clients. Total garbage fire. Typical greedy corporate landlord scum.

I inherited our commercial properties in 2016, just after my first son was born. I went on to have two more boys, and I live out of state, So as one could imagine, I have limited time to be involved with my commercial properties. One had a charitable organization in it, and we actually paid the expenses for it from another property, and the other property, an office park, was 60 percent vacant. Both properties were outdated and dilapidated. With the amazing work of Gatski Commercial, my buildings are virtually 100 percent occupied with great tenants paying their rent! I get great individualized service from Gatski, ans they always have my back. If I need a large improvement, they get multiple bids. I wouldn't trust any other company!

Instead of trying to rush us through a call, she invited us to her office and spent time walking through our priorities. And since we were relatively unfamiliar with the Las Vegas market, Alex took the time to tailor her advice and explanations to our purpose of buying a house as an investment. During the process, she always made herself available to answer our (many) emails and calls and never made us feel like a nuisance. When we found homes we wanted to tour, she moved quickly to coordinate with the other agents and tried to make our routes as efficient as possible. Towards the end, there was a home we wanted to move fast on, but weren't in town to tour, so we trusted Alex to tour on our behalf and ended up putting in an offer without seeing the house in person, a testament to how much we trusted her opinion after spending hours with her. Even after the offer was accepted, she made sure to be with us for subsequent steps to make sure we were advocated for. We couldn't have been happier with Alex's support and role in our home-buying process and would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone interested in selling or buying.

A bullet penetrated my living room wall and landed on my kitchen floor. This is not an exaggeration or a figure of speech -- it is a documented, life-threatening incident that occurred on Hall Street Flats property. The response from management was appalling. Melissa, the Property Manager, demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, urgency, or basic human concern. In the weeks following a firearm-related incident inside my home, management was largely unreachable. Calls and emails went unanswered for days at a time, and staff repeatedly claimed Melissa was "out of the office." When I was finally able to speak with her, Melissa was dismissive and made a point to repeatedly state that management was "not legally responsible" -- rather than addressing resident safety, next steps, or offering any meaningful support. Shockingly, over the course of approximately one month, she introduced herself to me multiple times, apparently unable to recognize or remember the resident whose apartment had been breached by gunfire. There was no clear communication, no transparency, and no accountability. I ultimately moved out, believing the ordeal was over. Three months later, I received a notice from a debt collection agency alleging I owe Hall Street Flats $159. I was never notified of any outstanding balance, never provided an explanation, and never given an opportunity to dispute the charge before it was escalated to collections. This raises serious concerns about their billing practices and recordkeeping. Between the dangerous location, grossly negligent management response to a violent incident, and questionable post-move-out financial practices, Hall Street Flats is a place I would strongly advise anyone to avoid. Tenant safety and basic administrative competence are clearly not priorities here.

He was always a quick message away and his effort and dedication was evident from the beginning. He helped with multiple issues that came up including negotiations and repairs. I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.
