The problem was everything that happened afterward. After my car was towed, the company was nearly impossible to reach. I placed over 20 calls before anyone answered, and even then it took significant effort just to get the address of where my vehicle had been taken. I was instructed to retrieve my vehicle the following day. When I attempted to do so, the yard was closed with no staff on-site, citing snow, despite only minimal snowfall and no apparent safety issue. There was no way to retrieve my vehicle or even access personal belongings inside it. This left me without access to my own car due solely to the company's lack of communication and arbitrary closure. Throughout the process, the behavior was dismissive and unprofessional. Calls were cut short, information was withheld, and basic courtesy was nonexistent. Based on other reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated incident. Property owners and municipalities should think carefully before contracting with a company that operates this way.
