I don't think it's fair but oh well lesson learned I will not buy jewelry there any longer. Mean while the fat cats at the top get rich with their schemes. Thanks for nothing. All there employees are great ppl , they keep the store clean and very organized and always try and help there customers. Maybe the owners should take lesson's from there employees. I have filed with BBB with copies of copies of bank swipes. But I had been warned about this place but I had to learn my lesson. But still haven't recovered all money back and had the nerve to ask for part of my bank card again. This is bank fraud.when it was approved but I couldn't take my item out of the store shows fraud. I was told after I swiped my card so much it declined and flagged as scam I was told to go get more money out of the ATM. After paying more than what was owed on item. Straight up fraud.
