As any home DIY'er will know, the only real time you've got to work on those projects is on the weekend (Saturday, mostly, because Sunday is for family and football). So, this one Saturday, I'm working on our leaky kitchen faucet. Anyone who's fussed and cussed at these things can relate. I needed some parts and went to Google a local parts solution. Up pops Ferguson's on the page and, hey, not even a few miles from me. Fantastic! Hop in the car, I'm on my way. Arrive there only to find it's their kitchen and bath SHOWROOM. Everything shiny, pretty and new. Not a spare part end cap or aisle to be seen anywhere. So, I ask. "Oh no," she says, "we don't have any parts here." "But, your web site says you do." "Well, we DID at one time, but it's been moved to another location." ..... "and they're closed today"..... So, not only do you not have the parts here, like your site said you did, but your parts store is not open on a SATURDAY??? It's a good thing I can ALWAYS rely on Home Depot to the rescue! Now, I have to be fair and give this a two-star rating - it was a very immaculate-looking showroom.

Unfortunately, my experience there means that the location is the best thing about the store, I won't likely go again. Their supply is pretty limited, mostly little copper bits and pieces, a small assortment of things you would expect to find, toilet stoppers, tubes, etc. What was really bad was the service. I went in and asked for a base plate for my new faucet; i'm changing from a 3-hole configuration to a single hole, and the base plate is necessary to cover the other two holes. The guy acted like I was speaking another language when I asked for it, then proceeded to continue to make me feel like an idiot, making faces every time I spoke, and behaving as though I didn't know what I was talking about. Irritated, but knowing well that this was the only game in town, I gritted my teeth and made my way to purchase the hole covers he said "are the only thing used for covering extra holes", in the wrong finish, and quite cheap looking. because nothing is priced in the store, I asked how much they were and he smirked, "$20 a piece". It was the smirk that put me over the edge. He rang me up at .85 cents per, and I paid and left as soon as I could. This guy is a first class jerk, doesn't know the first thing about customer service, and should be told that you don't have to be male to be able to replace a faucet. Girls, beware.

When a problem arises with a fabricator that the manager (Michael Buergers) highly recommended and…read morethe work is done wrong, instead of siding with the customer or helping resolve the situation, the manager sides with the fabricator who does very low quality work. The manager does not call you back. We spent a fortune buying products from this company. Extremely disappointing and lacking customer service. I will advise everyone to NOT buy from this company.
