I was fully transparent with what I was looking for and provided the instructions because I knew it was an odd task and I didn't want this to become exactly what it did... After two days and hundreds of dollars, I was left with a barely built and bent gazebo. This included whole pieces not put back on and a giant hole in the mosquito netting. Not only did they not complete the job, they ruined the gazebo. I received no reimbursement of any kind. And on top of everything, they were extremely late showing up both days and communication was terrible. Sucks because they were nice guys in person, but I don't think this is the right career path for them.

Everything went OK except when it was time to install the carpet I was shocked at how Uncut service friendly the female owner was with respect to our busy schedule. Customer Service is my wheelhouse I worked as a manager for many years at a major credit card. When you're in your own business, you need to make your customers priority number one night yourselves. It rubbed me the wrong way, and I just am writing this in hopes that they will understand the importance of putting their customers firstwhile balancing their busy work schedule as well.
