As 'chair #1', Bruno seemed a little distracted with walk-in customers and phone calls. The resulting cut was just good - close to what I have asked for, except that he used those thinning scissors which I hate. The second time I went (again with an appointment), he again seemed distracted, the cut wasn't as good as the first time and he used the thinning scissors after being asked not to. The first hairdresser I had 3 weeks earlier, made choppy layers and so this woman, convinced me she could improve it and put in better layers. So by the time I finished, my hair was now much much shorter later I ended up with a sort of Mullet Bob and long length coming out from under that and unable to wear it down it was so embarrassing. I went back today to show the the blobby mullet bob and asked for my money back. I needed it to go towads the cost of yet another haircut from another hairdresser just a few buildings along and she refused. After I had an amazing repair cut ( still not the best because so much of my hair in patches was missing) So I returned again to her salon as a second chance for her to refund my money. She said I left happy, but I left with my hair damp so I wasn't aware of the blobby mullet bob shape it was going to dry to. So, DO NOT go there. Visible changes is right. It will change you from a decent haircut into a very embarrassing one. You will be disappointed that so much hair will be chopped, that it will takes months to grow just to grow to get it even 1/2 decent by a different hairdresser. Take approximately 10 paces going north on Main to the other salons. They actually know what they are doing.

Over three years ago I wrote…read more.. "I knew I had found my new hairdresser and of course, with the salon being close to work, it made it so convenient for me." And then that dreadful day came when I received notification that they had moved to Vaughan!! Vaughan??!! So much for getting my hair done during my lunch hour AND... I live a good 40 minutes away from his new location! I really didn't want to spend over an hour (round trip) on the weekend to get my hair done. I was so sad. I clearly had to find a salon closer to my home. I looked and read reviews and decided on a place. What a mistake. Needless to say, it took a long time to grow that mess out and when I thought it had been long enough, I hightailed it back to Frank! It's taken a couple grow-outs to fully fix the error of my ways but I can promise you one thing... I won't make that mistake again. Frank is worth every minute of travel time!

I do not spend much time doing my hair because even when I do, my hair just likes doing its own thing. I rely on the haircut to make my hair look great naturally and Aydin did it. Many times after going to the hairdressers, my hair looks good right up until I wash it and then the magic is gone. This time was different. All I had to do was put a little defining creme, scrunch and go. It air dried perfectly. The hair cut is pricier than some but well worth the money! Thanks Aydin!

Just take a look at the pictures. I'm not the type to be picky about my hair as long as it looks somewhat similar to a picture I show, but WOW this is surprisingly the worst experience I've had at a hair salon despite the decent reviews. Also have to mention how Yin managed to give me attitude despite not even being my stylist. She seems nice to clients she knows, but not sure about new clients! She complained in front of me to my stylist about the price he was charging for such an awful job, then checked me out. She took my money, took forever to fork out change, then just takes it back without confirming if it was a tip I was leaving first. Not a word at all to me during this entire time. Customer service? I think not! I was charged $185 in exchange for such an atrocious job and had originally scheduled a second appointment to touch up the roots; however, after seeing my own pictures, I simply cannot return. Have to go spend another $200 somewhere else to fix this btw! Yay!!

I specifically told this woman NOT to cut the length on right side just over ear on left(I'm wearing-or was-a short reversed angular bob). This buffoon cut over the ear both sides after being told not to and now I HATE my hair cut and look like a guy. Of course when she asked how I liked it I said 'fine' What am I supposed to say'put the hair back you shouldn't have cut? Once it's cut it's cut. I did leave her a tip. Hope she puts it toward going to school to learn how to cut hair. Lesson learned WAIT for Lucas or the other gentleman that work there. They know what they're doing. The woman here are clueless.

I go to Peter and he will always be my go-to. He gives you insight on the condition of your hair, what kind of products you should use, and teaches you how to style your own hair at home to make it easy for you to upkeep. He also recommended styles that fit with my hair's texture and length, and what looks best for my face. I like that they also don't oversell you on the products they use - they know the products they have are on the more expensive side. The service you get here is great - there's someone to help take your jacket and put it away, and the brief head massages you get while they wash your hair is heavenly! I've referred so many friends and family members here and they've all left happy!
