Within 10 minutes he stated that he was basically finished unless I was doing layers, which I had already stated I wanted. While cutting my hair, he did not check to see if both the left & right sides were equal to each other. When cutting the layers, he used similar techniques other stylist use except I noticed he left some pieces uncut, as if not finishing the line. So now I had hair that was blunt, uneven and choppy. When I stated that the front was extremely blunt, he began to justify himself saying that it can't be more smoother than what it is and that I have to push most of my hair back when styling it myself. I told him I wear my hair straight and it will naturally fall forward so it needs to be smoother. I had hair framing my face which was 3 inches shorter than the hair beside it. While "fixing" my hair, the hairstylist began to say he knows what he's doing and how he has a lot of experience cutting hair as if it was to let me know I did not know what I was saying. The worst experience ever. I knew there was nothing I can do at this location to have my hair fixed and ended up going to a higher end salon to have it evened out.
