It was fried and very damaged as it took her hours to put the bleach in. I also told her I wanted a good amount chopped off and she didn't even do that first to get the correct length...so she ended up cutting off most of what she did anyways. If not for a particular hairstylist, I"m sure I would have had a pleasant experience. I recently had my hair done at Rondezvous by the stylist cassie. All I can say is It was a very unpleasant experience!! I first arrived she was running a bit late and apologized not a big deal. But then things got heated as she got mad that I didn't know exactly what I wanted for my hair color, saying I was all over the place! I was quite upset, as she had in fact cancelled our consultation a couple days prior, which is okay things happen, but don't get upset, then, when I don't know what I want. She then told me to go sit in the drying area to wait for the color to sit. Other hairdressers offered their clients tea and coffee etc, I had to ask the owner for a drink, which he gladly got. I was left with dye marks on my forehead and ear. For that much money, which I gladly have no problem paying, but for good service and a good hair job. Hopefully I caught her on a bad day, but sadly it was not a very bad experience for me, and due to this unfortunately I would not recommend rondevous.

The process would take between 15 and 20 minutes. I'm now paying in Sudbury between $25.00 and $30.00 plus tip. I've tried 4 diffent places here and I'm still looking for a place to call my regular hair cut place or "home". The attention to detail is sub-standard at best. 8 to 10 minutes for a cut is the average time and it's not enough to do a good quality , $30.00, hair cut. Please take your time and pay attention to detail. Do the little extras that warrant a $30.00 price tag.

This is not the classic Rockwell barber shop, this is more of a contemporary mancave that gives haircuts. Several newspapers daily are available to read if riveting conversation about various local topics including politics is not your thing. Ross makes you feel welcome and puts on a great show. It was So short that it can't be fixed and it was crooked. A senior stylist stepped in and pointed out she had used the wrong tools, and did the entire cut improperly. Angles were crooked, and she had bangs which were way too short (the pics had no bangs). Then they had the audacity to tell me that my daughters' hair was "too straight" why it couldn't be like the pics we brought in (they didn't have curly hair). It's so short and crooked, the only fix is to buzz cut it all off. Picture day is in 2-weeks. They did an absolutely horrible job and I still had to pay for it. The hair dresser had medium length blond very curly hair and dark rimmed glasses.
