I asked for balayage she gave me ombre and made me look like a skunk. the assistant hurt me when brushing through my hair so bad I was almost in tears she also took 6 hours to do my hair!! I was there from ten am until 6 pm. Weeks after I had breakage as I brushed my hair little pieces would fall out. when I asked to speak to the manager I was treated with disrespec. The owner Jordan was also disrespectful. They also have a new online system where they make you pay your deposit before hand and tell you the total is 315 only to tell you it is actually 350. They are rude and all they care about is your money not your hair and have no human decency of how to speak to people on the phone. they scammers there is no option to cancel online your appointment after they receive you deposit they don't answer the phone and then purposely will tell you the manager isn't available so you don't talk to them and you can't cancel your appointment.
