The driver who was delivering the pants was stuck in the traffic, as there was a collision on the highway and all the roads were extremely busy. The gentle man who owns the business, Anwar, waited after business hours only for us to get the pants on time. Both Anwar and the lady who work there are very kind, friendly and amicable. They made several phone calls both to us and the driver just to make sure that we receive our order on time. This was beyond my expectations. The pants were done nicely too and they were even pressed very nicely, and all of this was for a very reasonable price. I will go back for sure and would like to promote their business here because of their wonderful customer service. Highly recommended for people in Brentwood area.

I was charged the highest end of the quote (for a dress that didn't even cost me that much). When I showed up to pick up the dress, it wasn't ready. This wasn't the end of the world, but a call would have been appreciated. When I hadn't received a call in a couple of days and showed to take the dress back as-is, I was informed the dress had been ready since the day before. Again, a call would have been nice. He is an artist and I assume a perfectionist. With that, I think one will have to allow for some eccentricities.

When I came to pick up the dress (silky material), there were damages (nits and scrapes) all over the dress (front, back, arms, everywhere). Not only that, the alterations were so poorly executed. The arms weren't straight. They were all wonky. The seams don't line up. I honestly can't believe how horrible it is. I told her i was not happy with it and there were damages all over the dress. Her response was, "you said this was a cheap dress, so I gave you cheap discount." Firstly, I never said those words. She was making stuff up to cover up her mistakes. I told her I do not want to come in again. I want a refund for the alterations and my dress. She insisted come in on Tuesday to talk to her manager. And ignored me and went to the next customer. I don't have high hopes to be honest. I will be taking this to customer service. Overall, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY EXPENSIVE GARMENTS. The lady that helped me was not professional. She raised her voice, she was defensive, she denied the damages and was absolute ZERO help at all. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The service is good and my clothes are usually ready for pick up earlier than expected. They will send an email when items are ready, so do check your email, otherwise just pop by with the pick-up receipt on the date/time stated. You can also bring the altered item home to try. If it is not done right, bring it back and they will re-work it at no additional charge. That happened to my jeans which was still too long despite the hemming done. The location is also very convenient as it is right in Metrotown and nearer to the skytrain and bus loop area. Parking can be a pain as it is always crowded though.

The owner is quite nice and always willing to chit chat. They also offer alternations and repairs as his wife does that type of service. They are open 7 days a week and always on time when I really need to have some urgent dry cleaning. Only thing is that the services that he offers is not the cheapest and is quite expensive.. Better ask how much before you dry clean.
