Using this company was the worst mistake of our lives. When you are buying a home, you should be able to trust who you're using to know and understand what they are doing. Our closing got delayed 4 different times if not more. When it was finally time for us to close, this lender told our Title Company that he wasn't aware we were closing today then turned around and called me and said that he thought our closing was at 3:00 and not 2:00. I explained that our closing was at 11:00 and was set that way for at least 3 days. He tried pushing it back but I was going out of town and couldn't do that. He blamed my title company when in reality, he did not turn in our contract on time. He had told me the whole time that our contract was turned in and that the Title company didn't order our paperwork. They did (I know the owner and saw proof) in fact order my paperwork as soon as they got my contract. He lied to me throughout the entire process and I didn't find out until I was already at closing. We arrived at 1045 for our 1100 closing and didn't close until after 5:00 PM! I also tried to call and speak to the owner and he was extremely rude, wouldn't let me finish my sentences, and didn't offer any help whatsoever. This was the absolute worst experience of our lives and it was so stressful. There was no help and no apology either. read more
