    I found their employees rude. That's when you could actually reach someone on the phone which was nearly impossible.

    I would advise being very careful when dealing with this realtor. If you are a buyer, research…read moreyour home's history well and know the seller. Mr. Pineda heavily represents Ernest G. Hernandez, Jr. who has been flipping houses in Knoxville since 2021, but was previously from California. KGIS records show that he has listed nearly all of Mr. Hernandez's properties here in Knoxville. Mr. Hernandez has a history of code violations with a current home for sale recently being cited for code issues. The houses look good on the outside, but as in our case may have many underlying issues. Register of Deeds information, as well as that of Codes Enforcement, are public record. We had a horrible and very costly experience in dealing with Mr. Pineda and Mr. Hernandez.

    First, no matter who your realtor, I would recommend doing as much research as possible on the…read moretypes of sellers they typically have represented and the homes they have listed. If you do this in Warren's case using records publicly available, you will find multiple representations for Mr. Ernest G. Hernandez Jr. of Hernandez Consulting, LLC. Mr. Hernandez had a history of codes violations, which are also available for viewing publicly. The house that I purchased from Mr. Pineda and Mr. Hernandez has many issues dealing with work not performed to code and corners cut that have been very costly and frankly scary for me personally. I urge anyone looking at using Mr. Pineda to do their own research and KNOW WHO YOUR SELLER IS! Mr. Hernandez is from California and has been flipping houses in Knoxville for about 24 months. Be careful of houses that the seller has not lived in. They can hide behind the lack of disclosure on the state and condition of the property. Beware of the realtors that represent these kinds of sellers!
