I liked the fact the this was a local company and reached out to her to get a quote. I had been with my insurance company for many years but figured it wouldn't hurt to compare rates. I was immediately impressed with her customer service skills and when her quote was cheaper with better coverage I made the switch. Suzanne asked if I would be open to having her compare rates for our auto and RV insurance and since I like saving money of course I said yes. Suzanne once again came through with better rates and coverage and we switched all of our vehicles over to Capital Gate Insurance.
