But..we had such a great experience I felt I needed to write my own review. Despite my worries, the service was fantastic from beginning to end. I had to make several changes beforehand and they were incredibly courteous and accommodating. The limo was very classy- Well stocked, clean and very comfortable with an impressive sound system (with aux so we could all of our favorite tunes). The driver was punctual, professional and had such a great personality! He really went the extra mile in helping to make this birthday memorable for our daughter. He was so helpful and his advice regarding the Wineries was spot on! He also kept us on schedule as we requested. The whole experience was great and I'm so glad we went with Mancuso Limo. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

i love to travel and i am always looking for a good deal on tickets…read more.. so recently, i traveled on adirondack trailways, ny(buffalo area) the purpose of this review is to "speak up" about doppelganger drivers...doppelgangers are look alikes that do not have the proper credentials to drive but look close to the driver who is not present that passed the drivers test. i experienced a situation such as this on this trip. i was scared and i slept the entire trip. i awoke once, to find the driver in panic mode because of his uncertianty about driving on the highway. he was experiencing some sort of mental breakdown. he was also rude. he lacked sensitivity, he even slammed a door after i spoke to him on edge in a crisis. the person should be reported to the police and to the company. i did contact contact@wanderu.com and the company to speak up about the safety issue.

I stayed here the night of October 21st, woke up with multiple bedbug bites on my arms and neck…read more The hotel denies a bedbug issue, states they can't verify that these are bedbug bites, that they checked and there is no evidence of bedbugs in the room I stayed in (Room 110, for future patrons) or anywhere in the hotel. The laundry and cleaning requirements upon returning home have been overwhelming. I have learned more about bedbugs in the past few days than I ever wanted to know. Bedbugs are killed by high heat or by several days of 0 degree temps. I now have purses and shoes in oversized zip loc bags in my freezer and have spent multiple hours machine drying dirty clothes on high heat, then machine washing in hot water and machine drying the same clothes on high heat again. As heat kills them, I did find dead bedbugs in my dryer lint trap. Despite all my efforts, I am living in fear of those nasty bugs still showing up in my own home. I have never written a bad review before, but hope to prevent this from happening to someone else. Baymont by Wyndham, you really messed up.

I always appreciated the flooring in the rooms (no nasty carpeting) but it's now warped. I fet like i was walking on bubble wrap. The furniture is not wearing well (rip in the chair) and there was an empty water bottle left on the floor obviously left by someone & not removed by housekeeping. Overall a disappointment. On the positive side, I think their breakfast was actually better. There was a good selection of hot choices along with the normal cold items. The room was clean & food items were quickly replaced. 2025-18

The rooms used to be above average but since under new management the rooms have declined severely…read more The floors, every board was bowed, it was like walking on a trampoline. There was an empty water bottle on the floor when we arrived and the furnature and top quilt had discusting stains. The place was not at full capacity but they put, real loud talking people with a child screaming almost all night, in the very next room. Absolute no reason to put them there. There should have been at least one room between guests. I promise will never stay there again.
