Prior to his visit to my house, he kept me informed on his arrival time. He arrived on time and immediately began the inspection. He first took pictures of the house and roof from ground level. Then he got on the roof and inspected it. He was very thorough and found a couple of small things to be done. He caulked around several vent areas and some bare nails He did find on my back gutter found where it had become separated from the siding. He fixed that also. He took his time and finished the inspection and repairs in less than 45 minutes. Afterwards, provided me his appraisal. He stated the roof is in very good shape and wouldn't need replacing for at least two or three years. The inspection was free and he didn't charge for the small repairs. Jon is a very personal and professional project coordinator. His thoroughness made me feel very good about the roof condition. When I do have my roof replaced, I will call him again.
