My son, whom I referred as a new customer, was given incorrect information regarding pricing, the first-time customer discount, and the referral incentive program. Even after we pointed out that the pricing was clearly displayed and that signage explained the first-time customer discounts, she laughed and continued to insist on information that appeared to be inaccurate.
