Just needed a place to deposit my checks while I was out on appointments and these guys popped up…read moreon my map. The teller line was exceptionally long - apparently they'd had a rush of people all at once - and so the bankers started helping out the customers. They were also going up and down the line offering refreshments! That was just such a nice surprise and such an excellent example of going the extra mile. I couldn't find this place again without a map, but if you're looking for a bank to visit on the regular, I'd have to recommend you give this place a shot.

Every possible thing that could go wrong with my transferring my funds from a bank I had for years,…read morewhich is going under, did. I had a good sum of money to open accounts being savings and investment accounts, to bring to Agoura Hills was done improperly and the only 2 bankers there did not know what they were doing, nor did they care. This resulted in 2 weeks of lost funds, no return calls, rudeness in person when desperately turned to bank manager Alex, Soren and the initial banker who never even faxed transfer sheets to my former bank. This has been one terrifying experience. I am 73 and every cent I have to my name was rejected by Wells Fargo which landed over 6 figures in Capitol One and the investment account's transfer deadline missed. This has been one of the most stressful experiences I have ever had; loss of every cent. Finally, I told my husband how I was rudely reprimanded by Soren for coming in 'so late' for 2 appointments when they were booked prior and on his calendar! My husband stepped in and met me at his branch in westlake village on westlake blvd. If you must use or continue to use wells fargo, the Agoura Hills branch is disrespectful and does not know what they are doing. There are no returned calls and you are taking a huge risk with your money. I will stay with the very professional Wells Fargo near Sprouts on Westlake near by. I still have to wait for a very large sum to come in as there was a deadline with my bank closing and my money was sent out to Capitol one which I do not even use. At all costs, save yourself high stress and mismanagement of funds by Agoura Hills Wells Fargo. Last but not least, I was told in Westlake that I am 'crazy', as they lost and mismanaged all funds to my name.

Even though I wasn't on the schedule, the branch manager found a way to accommodate me, and Alcides Vasquez-Estrada patiently helped resolve all of my issues within about 15 minutes. Excellent customer service, professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. This is the kind of branch and the kind of people you hope to find when you need assistance. Highly recommended.

The gentleman in front of me must own a laundromat because he had six huge bags of quarters to deposit. He also had checks and cash. It was obvious his transaction was going to be time consuming. So, the teller was busy with the customer. The thing is, there was another woman behind the counter, sitting down, observing the transaction. The customer was informing the working teller that other BOA branches don't scan all of the checks. He was pretty stuck on this, and he kept repeating it. The teller told him "I'll give you my business card and you can have them call me" (presumably BOA management?). Finally, the second employee stood up all aggressively and asked the customer "would you like to terminate your transaction". She was mad. I was passively watching this unfold, wondering why the now standing employee wasn't offering to help me. Nooo... she retreated, thought the better of it, and started dumping the quarters into BOA bags and filling out some forms. After all of the quarters were re-bagged, the woman simply walked away from the service counter into a passageway, leaving the other teller still working with Mr. Quarters. Oh, he left his ATM card in his car and had to go to the parking lot to get it. By this time, another customer joined the line. I finally got to deposit my check... 20 minutes after arriving at the counter.
