I have mixed feelings about FCCU. They do offer a variety of services to fit everyone's needs; banking, saving, CD, mortgage and auto loans. On top of that they provide a concierge of sorts for purchasing your next automobile. My only concern was one of the staff members didn't seem very knowledgeable and made numerous mistakes on one of my auto loans; I financed a new auto loan and I refinanced another loan to include MB (Mechanical breakdown) kinda like an extended warranty. These two loans were a nightmare and I would definitely consider a different location, she was very nice but not knowledgeable or thorough. read more

This is a great credit union. I have had astounding service during the years. Several days ago, I had the wonderful experience of having two exceptional young employees assist me with my auto loan. I had a wonderful reception from Anna Recendez, whom I later found to be the manager. I inquired about an auto loan formy new vehicle. Anna did the numbers and hooked me up with a great interest rate. However, i did have to return at a later date to sign the paperwork. During that particular visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Lidia Marquina. Lidia handled the remaining paperwork and numbers and got me a great interest rate. Your Loan Officers are very evil and insensitive and whoever their bosses are, they are the same way!! We are living in bad times where you are barely making it with an average income and these Loan Officers will judge you on how many times you apply for a Loan and it's to keep the bills and Insurance paid and your job doesn't pay you enough nor give you a raise! Your Loan Officers need to work with customers, not at them and for example, someone may have a deadline to pay their rent and at risk of getting evicted and that person may have to live in their car because they are turnined down for a Loan! read more

Anna Recendez and Elidet turned down new accounts at 3:30pm they close at 5pm. Clearly no one was doing anything at the branch. Lazy as F! Only females working they took a walk in that was Latin female. The are sexist and racist. If you are not a female or Latin you are not welcomed here. Hope this review go to the higher ups. They need change and diversity in this branch. All lives matter not just Latin females. We drove here after speaking with someone (800) 944-2200 number to come in to the branch only to get turned down. No one clearly wanted to work. Do not use this place. They are a tiny bank and will try even harder to get any money they can from you. They automatically signed me up for "insurance" and never discussed it with me. I had to call multiple times and send online messages to finally get it off as a charge. I also have automatic payments set up but two times now THEY stopped it (the first time I saw it and was able to do a manual transfer) the second I saw too late and they charged me a late fee. It's been automatic for MONTHS NOW so why on random months do you guys take me off it so I am charged a late fee!?!? It's unbelievable and sketchy. I do not trust this place or the ppl that work here. I annoyingly have to still pay off this cash advance I got from them. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I thought finally they are improving their online transactions until one day all of the sudden I can no longer deposit mobile checks. I called to inquire only to be told that I must have had a loan with them or something of that effect and missed payments! I NEVER had a loan with them were I had missed payments and I even paid off my auto loan way ahead of schedule. The person on the other end said they would check for me and then get back to me. It has been 6 months now and I have never heard back from anyone!!!! I now have to try and follow up again and sure I will get the run around once more. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided concise and very informative details about their services and how they were applicable to my specific situation. I've been banking here for many many years and have always loved their service! Until recently, I went in to deposit a large check and open another account. I asked the banker assisting me how much cash could I get back from the check. She told me the amount, I said ok fine. After she finished processing my paper work I realized she did not give me cash from the check she gave it to me from the money I already had in my account so now I have bills hitting my account and they are charging me courtesy pay fees up the you know. Now I have to go back to the bank and put money back in when I was just there yesterday and the day before. FAIL first city, I've never had this happen and it frustrates me that there was a lack of communication on your part because I would have just left the money there, had I know it was going to affect my account this way!
