Turns out when I get there we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to free up. Kind of defeats the purpose of an appointment when you have to wait so long. I came back at 9:30 as instructed. I was the only customer in the branch. The manager and another employee told me they would not help me retrieve my card and that I should call my branch to get another card. What made the situation more frustrating was the attitude I received. There was no effort to assist me or even find a reasonable solution. So I did ask the branch manager for two envelopes, and I would help myself with a look, and even more attitude; she did give me two. And side here. And within 1 min. I did get my card.

This branch has 6-8 cashier windows, yet they almost never have more than 2 people working. Cash and deposit my check please. And deposit this cash as well after The whole point was for me to get my full check. That why I went to the teller and not the machines. Our bank teller was not the friendliest just meh. Oh well, sometimes we just don't know who we're going to get on the other side. As long as the transaction gets done, that's what matters. Thanks lady. As for seeing a bank representative to close an account, we didn't have an appointment so we had to wait for the next opening. Luckily, the 2:30 PM appt didn't show so we got in. Wait was about 15 mins so it wasn't too bad. Thuy (bank rep) was friendly and nice. Her professionalism and knowledge shined through. Transaction was quick and smooth. I went today today to pull out money from my EDD card. This money was from a fraud case with BOA…read morethat took 2 months to resolve. I spoke to the teller named Tania Gomez Aguayo. I gave her my ID and pulled out 883 dollars. I then asked her to put it into my main account for Chase. She kept on calling me Mr. Flores. I didn't think anything of it, but when she gave me the receipt, the balance had 32,000 dollars in it. I went to a ATM inside the bank to pull out money and noticed the 883 she put into my account wasn't there. I went back to her and she realized she put it into someone else's account. She didn't apologize for her mistake. If I hadn't caught her mistake then I would have been out of the money. Poor customer service.
