When I got there to pick them up on the weekend, the place was closed. They had a sign in the window stating they would be closed Monday and Tuesday. So, I went to Egypt without the nice clothing I had set aside to get pressed since the flight was leaving Tuesday. When I got back, my white shirt was stained and the bottoms of the clothes were wrinkled. I assume it's because they were in the bag so long. Next I brought back shawl I got from Egypt. I got the cloth caught in the door. I wanted the hole dawned and covered by a flower shaped patch. If I knew that I would get such childlike stitching, I would not have wasted $16 to get this done. One stitch per petal and another stitch in the middle. These were iron on flowers and they did not even get ironed. It was so haphazard that I showed the tailer that the one petal was already off. She just said don't worry. It will stay. The entire edge of the flower was loose. I just paid and left. This woman looked me in my face as if she could not see that this was poor quality work. These are beautiful patches and a beautiful garment. I could not have been more disappointed. UGH....

The seamstress pulled the fabric, and sewed it on the side to make it tighter to the waist; however, as the seam traveled down the skirt, it was bunched up where she stopped sewing creating an unnatural gathering of the fabric. This was the second adjustment as the first try was even worse. Looking at the overall job, you would easily conclude someone just learning to sew completed the work as the threads were hanging inside the skirt and it clearly did not look like a professional sewing job. I will take my skirt elsewhere to be completed by a professional. Absolute total waste of time and money.

We were on vacation and didn't expect to need the services of a wash and fold. but a drink accident…read morein the airport before we flew out and another drink accident on the plane made it necessary to search for a laundromat. The stains were just a bit to much to survive without cleaning our clothes that we wore on our trip into Orlando. From the time that I entered the laundromat to the time that I picked up our clothes, the staff was super nice. They were helpful and accommodating. We expected our laundry the next day, but was pleasantly notified that we could pick it up that afternoon. When I arrived, everything was ready: men's shirt was hung and the rest of the items were folded and placed in the travel bag that I left with them. And with all of that, the price we paid was really reasonable too. When in the area again, we will definitely return to Fast Fresh Laundry to correct our clothing mishaps.

They were cheaper and closer than another place I called so I packed up 3 large garbage bags of laundry and when they picked it up, they said it would probably be around $40. They make you put your credit card on file so I had no say when they actually charged me $61. First red flag. I was so happy to see everything nicely folded and in order, I didn't care they didn't follow my request to throw all my underwear into a pillowcase and not to fold it. However, when it got a little cold, I went to get my green robe and couldn't find it. I told the guy, he apologized and ran it over immediately. Still, not feeling well, another day I decide to nap and use my favorite blanket. Guess what? Not there. This time I wrote the guy and I said, you better search all around your laundromat and bring me everything you've kept or I will be really angry and you don't want to see me angry because I'm Irish. He immediately brought back my blanket AND an entirely other bag filled with all my towels! I can't decide if it's incompetence, thievery, or negligence, but I would suggest you only use that place if you have to. I still can't find another bathrobe, but possibly donated it so letting it go. Asked for and got my tip back because service that bad didn't deserve it. Proceed with caution

The workers were very friendly and proved fast and efficient. My comforter was ready in two days and smelled fresh. They packaged it very nicely as well. While I don't have frequent dry cleaning needs, I will definitely plan to send any items I do have to valet in the future. Excellent service and conveniently located in downtown mainland near other shops and restaurants. Easy parking.
