While unpacking, I noticed a broken picture, and while putting things away, I noticed a large scratch on the rosewood sleigh bed. Also, one of my dressers no longer closes properly. I did have to call Terri because there was a screw missing from the sleigh bed frame. Sadly, after they left, I observed that the bed was not assembled correctly, as the footboard and the sideboard were not connected. I would use A-team again when I move.

After we notified them of this mistake they sent someone to pick up stuff and then proceeded to forget items again so I had to call again for them to pick up someone else's stuff. We prepaid for a year of storage but then for 4 months straight they continued to charge me every month and I would have to call up and ask for a credit again and for them to reverse the charge. All of these errors and issues done while they continue to state they don't make mistakes. I would love for another mover and storage company in the area.

They fully understood the job, and clearly explained the process and gave me a very reasonable estimate on the spot and I was able to schedule the move later in the same week. I received the required documents electronically, and the process was very transparent and clean. The two movers, Jacob and Dylan, called me the day of the move, and offered to arrive earlier than the appointment, if it was convenient (which it was). They arrived ready to work and were exceptionally polite, skilled, and professional. They treated my things with extreme care, and took pains to ensure that my home was not damaged or marred with the move.
