They were the only ones able to come the next day even after they said they could not come until the following Monday. Everyone else was booked out 2-3 weeks. Now, I believe they work with A-1 sanitation, but they're a separate entity. Anyways, the front desk lady (I believe Cassie or Cassidy) was understanding and compassionate and very on top of things. The only thing I had a complaint about was that the guy with the pump truck said he'd get us to flush the toilets before he left to make sure they were working properly, which he did not, resulting in us thinking it was ready to use, but it ended up flooding the basement again. We ended up having to call them again after they left from pumping because it still wasn't working correctly, turns out the line was clogged as well, so they came back and got that cleared up too.
