The software they use allows you to get constant updates and provide immediate feedback. The schedule is laid out so you know exactly what to expect and when to expect it. It's now August 28th and the job isn't complete, I had to terminate them. The quality isn't bad but not what was in the contract. They cut corners with bathroom vanities, the bar, base boards, lighting etc.. not to mention damaged expensive door handles upstairs and ruined a newly stained balcony. To sum it up they lie and deceive all the while scheming for more money. Roger took full advantage of us, we live in Los Angeles and use our Montana home for holidays and summers. My advice to anyone considering any type of construction to avoid Porch construction.
