There was no one available to check our vehicle in, and when someone finally did arrive, their focus was on where we had parked our car, waiting to be told where to go for our service. Treated very rudely,barked at and told to move our vehicle immediately ( we were parked to the side and creating no disturbance whatsoever)... and as a paying customer I was shocked at such poor treatment. The car wash was down for maintenance that morning, so I went to work and returned later that day. They must have recalibrated the brushes or something, because those brushes hit my car so hard I could feel and hear the damage. My mirrors were flipping back and forth. When I got out to inspect the car I had a huge dent on the rear driver's side bumper and several smaller dents on the roof. There were no scratches so I thought an auto body shop could pull them out. They told me they can't pull them out without chipping the paint and I would need a whole new bumper which would cost $1500.00 alone. I sent the quote and pictures to quick quack and they sent me a denial letter indicating they are not responsible for any damage caused by their carwash. This sickens me because I just bought this car. I will never use or recommend their services to anyone.

The automatic bay does a good job and it gives you 85(!) seconds of drying as you drive out. The only thing that's a drag is that there's no card readers for the hand wash bays. Should you ever need to call these guys (say you lose your apartment key one day and think you might have done it at the car wash, for example), the number is 801-694-1201.

I had a coffee spill in just the driver side front section and not under the seat as my car has a 2 inch ridge to catch stuff like that. The shop I took it to took 15 minutes max including check in. It was extraction and then combed through for crumbs and then washed. So of course I tipped well for the $35 cost.

When it is crowded, they speed up the conveyor belt that pulls the vehicle. When they aren't crowded, they slow the speed of the conveyor belt down, so you get a better wash. I find it cheaper then a manual wash with the hand wand. A few of the people that have a bad experience take the time to write a bad review and most of the others don't bother, they just take it for granted.
