Great car wash! It did seem crammed in the vacuum area and was busy but there were still plenty of stalls. The wash was good.

My family and I have used River Road location for three years. We've noticed no difference in the friendliness of the employees. We never have a problem everyone is pleasant and friendly. The car wash is good and the tools they offer to clean the interior your car are always stocked. I think the vacuums worked just fine. I don't think I've ever experienced one that doesn't. Ever since it switched over to a different ownership it's been a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! I've paid monthly since they very first opened, they once had great kind wonderful employees and now all the women that work here are always in a bad mood, never smile and look irritated to even be at work. I have always tipped and been extremely friendly. I'm not sure why every time I come they rush me and make me feel like I am putting them out, it's not like they have to do much.. the one always has her head phones in and rushes me through everything. If I try to ask question I get an annoyed reaction. The only person that seems to be really giving great customer service is the gentleman who helps me through the gate and offers me the air freshener and wipes. He is always very kind polite and has a smile on his face, other than that it's not worth it to be paying for a service that when I leave my car still looks dirty and has spots. The customer service alone is enough to not want me to come back and cancel my membership that I have had for several years now. The value isn't worth the poor job the employees are giving to me. I have no idea what changed so much from the beginning but I don't feel respected or appreciated in any type of way. I'm rushed and given dirty looks. I can do without the attitude and feeling of being rushed especially when there aren't even cars behind me. Such a disappointing feeling and uncomfortable to even come here anymore. read more

My husband took our car to the River Rd location, he heard a noise as he went through the blower at the end. As it turns out the blower, blew off our taillight and damaged it. The person outside went into the carwash and brought out a box with 3 taillights in it, asking if one of these belong to the car, none of them were ours, he went back into the carwash and went to the blower area and came out with our damaged light. My husband made a report with the worker and was told someone would call. A person did call from claims and told us NO they would not help with either a new light or help with paying half of the light. There response was our 2007 Navigator was old. Waited at the gate for the worker to stop socializing with the driver in the grey VW Passat. Their gate was up but mine was waiting for them. Then I got to wait more while the lady inside the car wash socialized with the VW driver. I only got the passenger side sprayed and washed (scrubbed) unfortunately the bugs and dirt didn't decide to only be on half the car. Then to make this visit so much better. The vacuum area was blocked off. Maybe for maintenance. I'm sick of the long lines, inconsistent service and lack of professionalism that is the norm here. I'm canceling my membership. I have been to every car wash in town and I have to say that they all get the job done. This one is just at the top of the game! Nice people who welcome you and make the purchase efficient and friendly. The wash is much better and so is the drying. They have over 10 blowers to dry off your car before it is even out of the bay!! Then to top it off you can vacuum your vehicle out for FREE!! Yeah I said my favorite F word! FREEEE! Okay car wash. Vacuums are always jammed and don't have enough suction. Love they they are now offering clothes to wipe down windows but not enough to continue our membership. We also like to wash our cars on Sundays on your days off so they are clean for the week but they also aren't open on sundays so we will need someone who accommodates our day off better. I pay 20 something dollars a month so I can get my truck washed anytime I want. And every time I go its unable to read the sticker they put on my window. On 11/22 at 10:30 After waiting ten minutes, I tried to get the attendant to get the arm lifted. But she was too busy socializing. She then helped two cars that had just arrived. When I got her attention again and asked her if she could get the thing open for me. She said she'd be right back and walked away. She returned after another another 5 minutes. Meanwhile a line cars were backing up behind me. And would move to the other two lanes. When the attendant finally returned she didn't say a word to me just came over and pushed the buttons to open the arm. If my being there was an inconvenient to her, she should've said something. Very disappointing as a customer to be treated like you don't matter. read more

went to the Tagg-N-Go in Santa Clara on Apr 28th. I heard a thump in the pre-screening and saw an employee with the long broom brush bend over and pick something up off the ground and hand it to another employee. I thought she dropped something. Unbeknownst to me, it was the vehicle emblem which was sheared off the rear door. After arriving home, I noticed the missing emblem. I went back to the site and got the run around from the site mgr who had not been informed by his employees of the incident and would not provide his name. Bottom line: talked on the phone to the customer service employee (J..), who refused my claim stating the emblem fell off the car. read more

I've used this wash a few times with no problems. On July 12 my son, visiting from out of town, passed through the pay gate at 9:32 pm only to discover the wash was closed and with no personnel on site. He left town the next morning and gave me his $20 receipt that showed an expiration of July 21. I took my vehicle in this morning (July 19) to use his paid-for wash. The receipt's barcode would not permit me to enter. An attendant came and I explained the situation. He refused to recognize the receipt saying that the the plates did not match my car. After explaining again that it was my son's vehicle he said he could not honor the receipt because, basically, 'anyone' could come through claiming an unused receipt and that he didn't want to lose his job by passing me through. Here are my recommendations for Tagg 'n Go: 1) Disable the pay turnstile when the wash is closed. Duh! 2) Give staff the authority to resolve minor issues. It would pay huge dividends in customer goodwill at very little expense. read more

Nice workers, okay wash, manager doesn't know how to treat customers so I will never be going there again. Unfortunate stuff happens in car washes so when it happened to me I wasn't too upset but expected the costs to be covered. Something in the car wash snapped my tire valve stem clean off leading to an instant flat tire. I have used that car was with same vehicle several times and never had an issue. I filled out an incident report with the nice guys who work there and then the following day the manager calls and asserts that I have aftermarket valve stems (which i do not) and that they wouldn't cover it. Rather than pay the $100 for my valve replacement/install I guess she loses my business completely. read more

As an owner of the unlimited car wash pass I get my car washed a lot. I've been to the other tag n go locations and have never had a problem. However it seems that every time I go to this location, I get workers that don't really spray down the car and just seem mad that I'm going to wash my car. Normally I don't write reviews but while I was entering the car was today a truck pulled in right after me. Either the truck driver wasn't paying attention or the guy guiding him was having him pull way too close to me. I'm fairly certain that the truck ended up tapping my rear bumper. Either way that shouldn't have happened. Overall just poor work ethic from the workers and this event just happened to be the thing to push me to actually write this review. read more

Over all it's a very good facility and equipment. I stopped here once a week since they opened this location. The past month or so I have to say the prewash crew hasn't been doing the same quality of work as when this place initially opened. They have not been spending the time to wet down the vehicle before taking the hand brushes to the paint... If I could leave less than one star I would. I visit location in cedar city at least once a week if not more. Have two vehicles I take through with no problem. I use the Saint George location occasionally as we have the monthly unlimited membership. I go through Saint George location on 11/4/22 since cedar had snow. Upon coming out of car wash and drying my vehicle I notice marks and scratches on my vehicle. I make an incident report and come to find out "per watching video" they say that the marks on my vehicle did not come from there wash. I absolutely know they did and my truck only goes through there car wash. Also on my tailgate of my truck it chipped the paint and scuffed it did not have anything wrong with my vehicle prior to this. Incident specialist agreed to drive to cedar since I argued the fact that it is in fact from there car wash and she tells me looking at pictures she says is not from them. Because the marks are not in direction of how there wash goes. So I explain how cameras work and that the girl that took picture didn't allow me to turn vehicle for better pictures, I'm glad she agreed to drive up to look. I have read multiple reviews and multiple complaints about the brushes messing up vehicles and now mine is one of them and they refuse to do anything about it. I will be cancelling my membership and not going to tagg n go anymore. So if you care about your vehicle and care about your paint skip tagg n go they will not do anything after they ruin your vehicle. I have had my monthly membership for over a year and a half. read more

I exclusively use this car wash. After using most of the car washes in town I have found that this is the only one that I really like. I have to constantly have my car clean because I am a real estate agent and I can trust that this car wash will do the trick without fail. I just moved to St. George and I was surprised to see how often I needed to clean my car of the red sand that blows through the area. I went into Tagg N Go this morning after reading about the place online. I was helped by an enthusiastic, kind college student named Hailey. She seemed glad to help me, gave me information, didn't pressure me in any way and kindly put a sticker in my car after I decided to buy a monthly pass. I used the vacuums, which you can use anytime the place is open and then proceeded to the car wash. The car wash did a fine job cleaning the red sand from Snow Canyon off of my dark car. I am excited to have a monthly pass where I can clean my car whenever I want. read more

Great car wash. It's nice and cheap but it gets the job done. I love the fact that I can vacuum out my own vehicle and clean the inside. I hate when other people do it because they don't typically clean it to my standards. They had an easy cancellation for the monthly pass but I'm only cancelling because I'm leaving college to go back home for the summer. Doesn't get bugs off windshield or bumper. Vacuum cleaner is weak. It used to have a great vacuum cleaner but now it hardly works. Might try the one on Sunset next time and see if the vacuum is better. read more

Awful customer service! We had a monthly pass there for awhile and used to love it until we went to get a car wash and it scratched up he side of our car and back light! We told the manager and showed her the scratches and she just kept telling us it wasn't the car wash. It indeed was the car wash!! It also left these white streaks all over he car that she said would just rub off and that was not the case either!! Extremely disappointed in the service and especially the customer service!! I just moved to the area and found this great car wash. It does a great job and gets everything clean.

To start off, their is equipment does a fine job cleaning my truck. The only downside is the wheel shine goes on extremely heavy. My truck is white and by the next day with all the dust here in St. George the tire shine kicks up all over the side of my truck the dirt sticks to it and I need to go back again and have it cleaned again . The owner said he can turn the tire shine off as I go through each time, and that's what I've been doing. I was just told this morning that they will no longer do that and I have to change from their full wash package to their basic wash package. That was my only option. Not fair. So, I just wanted to let people know that the tire shine goes on extremely heavy and will get the sides of your car very dirty over the next few days. But again their equipment does a fine job at cleaning your car. I hope this helps. read more
